We had our 1st service from Chem-dry today on a basement carpet that absorbed too many spills from kids parties, and too long between deep cleaning. It looks GREAT! They were able to fit us in 2 days after I called and I was shocked at the fact that I can no longer see a single stain. Highly recommend. I will definitely use them again.

I thought I was going to have to replace my new carpet! Our cat got sick, a bladder infection, and I can hardly be upset that he had an accident outside his litter box. But weeks, and 8 different cleaners "guaranteed" to remove the odor and I was distraught. The carpet is new after all, what could I do? Finally I looked up carpet cleaners in Des Moines and started my phone calls. Matt at ChemDry answered right away and he was so nice on the phone. He took the time to explain why nothing was working and why his work was "guaranteed". We set up an appointment for Monday. I am so glad I called ChemDry. Matt used a black light to show me where the smell was coming from and target treated that area before cleaning the room. He was in and out in less than an hour, and well worth the money, $150 was much more reasonable than buying new carpet. Next time my pets have an accident, I'll call Matt before spending $100 on store bought cleaners. It's been almost two weeks now and the carpet is still clean, the whole room smells great and I am so relieved. Thank you so much!

UPDATE: It's been over a year since ChemDry treated our carpet and it still smells great in there! There has been no resurgence of odor over time!

Matthew was excellent to work with. I closed on a house late Friday afternoon. He met me for the final walk through with my realtor, I left him there, and he cleaned the carpets while I went to closing. He was easy to work with, very responsive to questions and messages, and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in my new home.

Matt has cleaned my carpet for several years. I have used other carpet cleaners but this is far and away the best. Matt has also saved a couple of mattresses that would have otherwise been thrown away. I really appreciate the ease of making an appointment and the shorter drying time. The cleaning process is also eco friendly. I highly recommend this business.

I used ChemDry to clean the carpets at my late mother's home to prepare it for sale. They were able to schedule me quickly on my tight time line, Matthew was very professional and fast and he did a fantastic job! There were lots of pet stains and odors as well as smoking odors and the carpets came out great!

I have been using Chem-Dry for several years. Matt and Gretchen are wonderful to work with. Gretchen answers all my questions and makes scheduling a cleaning super easy. From cleaning/sanitizing the carpets before a new baby to dealing with an elderly, diabetic dog they have been there for us! Matt does a great job with the cleaning and shows us where the problem areas are and what needs done. It is always such a relief to have clean/fresh carpets when they are done! We highly recommend Chem-Dry!

Very pleased. Matthew was very efficient and friendly. Had checked out other services but chose Chemdry because of the very little water solution they use. Very reasonable price for 3 bedrooms, dining room, family room and 1 set stairs. Carpet was 23 years old, no heavy stains just normal use. Been about 2 1/2 hours and carpet is dry!! They now look great!! Highly recommend this company!!!

Paul pressure-washed our house and cleaned all the windows and screens. Everything looks great, and we have already contacted him about coming back next year. He was extremely responsive, polite, and conscientious -- he event sent a text to let me know he'd be seven minutes late! Highly recommend.
