We have used Paragon cleaning (previously known as J&R Cleaning) for many years. Romelia and her cleaning crew are the very best in the residential home cleaning business! They are always professional and courteous. We have a larger home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. When they leave, every room has been thoroughly cleaned. Unlike some cleaning businesses that do a "deep clean" of one room a week, the Paragon crew completes a deep clean each week--getting behind living/family room furniture, dusting all wall hangings and window sills, and putting leather protectant on our leather furniture. Their service is tailored to meet our needs and always accommodating. They have been flexible with changing dates when my children have the day off from school. They bring their own supplies but will also use cleaning products that I prefer. Paragon cleaning is a wonderful combination of great people and great results.

They did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. It was completely dry in about 12 hours with no issues.

The guys did a great job freshening up the carpet in my apartment, and took care of some old pet stains like magic. I was pleasantly surprised how the carpet dried in just a few hours! They were also personable and overall easy to work with. Will definitely book them again.

Jesus and the whole Paragon team did an excellent job deep cleaning our home and cleaning our windows in preparation for a gathering! Jesus was very responsive and we were able to quickly set up a time to meet to obtain an estimate and schedule the services, and he promptly answered our questions before and during the process. I needed a move-out cleaning of my apartment on a Saturday and checked with another cleaning company but they were short-staffed for the weekend. I found Paragon cleaning online and contacted Jesus. He very professionally and patiently answered all my questions about the services offered and accommodated my request for cleaning on a Saturday. I was happy to know that the company is insured, bonded and have worker's compensation. The cleaner Alejandra did a terrific job cleaning the apartment spick and span and was very fast and efficient. Long story short- the property manager inspected our apartment and commented that it looked really clean for a 5 year tenancy and we would get our entire security deposit back! So thankful to Jesus and the team for doing a great job and enabling us to have a stress-free move-out. Jesus is communicative and down-to-earth and I felt reassured that we were in good hands. Also it's reasonably priced and I would absolutely recommend Paragon to anyone who wants a trusted professional cleaning service. I would not hesitate to hire them for future cleaning of my home.

Paragon has cleaned my house a couple of times, and I had Jesus and his crew do the carpet and windows today in addition to the cleaning. They went above and beyond cleaned the carpet in rooms I hadn’t expected. They saw spots on the carpet and took care of with no additional charge. I definitely recommend them for your cleaning needs. It’s great to come home to a clean house!

They really took the time to look for and address problem areas as well as doing a great job on the rest of the carpet. They were very respectful and careful with everything as well. Also, we have used several different carpet cleaning services over the years and Paragon is by far the best! They do a super job on cleaning carpets and upholstery- our carpets look almost new when they are done. We have pets and they are able to treat those areas and get rid of any signs of pet spots. I highly recommend Paragon to anyone out there! Also- they are professional and great to work with.

We had Paragon come clean our carpets due to some pet stains and just dirt in general. They did an amazing job our carpet feels and looks new again! We had one spot that resurfaced after cleaning. I called Jesus to see if he had any recommendations on how I could get the stain out myself. He was very quick to offer and come reclean that area. I am beyond impressed with the customer service of the company.
