Joe did a great job and was very friendly!! he was even considerate enough to ask and make sure my cats were safe and secure so they didn't get sucked up ^-^

Nate with dream team does a great job. He showed up right on time and got right to work. Friendly and professional. He made sure we didn’t have any questions before he started work and as always, the air ducts are spotless when he leaves. This is the second time we’ve hired these guys and we will likely use them every 3 years. Thanks, Nate!!

Dream Steam was amazing today!! I highly recommend hiring them. They came out today to work on vents and the service was spectacular. 10/10 experience with customer service and repair technician. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Also, I loved how they were not pushing sales on you like other HVAC companies in the Des Moines Metro area. Straight forward pricing and they delivered.

Thank you for coming out to clean our furnace vents today. For the most part these guys did a great job. I also really appreciated that you were able to get this taken care of so quickly!

HOWEVER, as they were packing up to leave they left the large 12 inch diameter hose in our entryway and it was spewing nasty dust back inside our house from our vents and probably all of your other customers.

I screamed for them to stop and to get the hose out of our house. They never apologized for this fairly significant error. In fact, the apparently senior technician had the nerve to tell me he did not appreciate me yelling at his associate.

Guess what? I don't appreciate you pumping furnace vent waste back into my house! Please make sure to address this and train them to ensure that this does not happen to your other clients.

P.S. We did appreciate that you used plastic corner guards to protect the paint on drywall corners. However, the guards still rubbed and I will need to touch up the paint on a number of corners in our home. Maybe you could place some fabric on the inside of your corner guards to avoid this going forward!

1 million stars!! ⭐️ I called around all morning to find someone to come clean the carpet in a rental im moving into. No luck until I called Dream Steam. It was such a good expierence from the start. The lady that took my call was super friendly and helpful with all of my questions! And not only did they get me in same day (which felt like last minute on my part), they seriously turned the hopelessly doomed-looking carpet into brand new carpet. Oh and the price! I feel like I hit the black friday jackpot. If you arent using Dream Steam what are you even doing!!? HUGE THANK YOU to Anna and Bella!!!

We had water seep through our walls and into basement from a toilet overflowing so I called Dream Steam on a Sunday. I spoke to the on-call and then the owner and they said they would have someone come out first thing Monday after looking at pictures and assessing damage. Nathaniel came out first thing Monday morning and got all their equipment hooked up quickly. I believe Sam was with him as well. Happy with the care and attention all around to get my house dry.

We had a great experience with dream steam! We called to make an appointment to have our carpets cleaned, we moved into an home with older carpets that had odors, stains, and animal smells. Patrick was able to clean our carpets and get them to a much better state! We can actually use our living room now.

On the phone call we were also offered a duct cleaning and since this house was not well taken care of, we decided to get the air vents cleaned out. Boy are we glad we did! Our technician Nathanial, found dead mice and droppings in our vents. Along with tons of dander and dust, it made a huge difference!

Dream steam always does a fantastic job cleaning our carpets at Inside Out Chiropractic! They were very overdue but Nathaniel did a great job getting all the stains out. He was punctual, communicated everything well, & was very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Anna and Sam were fantastic! My basement flooded overnight and I was extremely overwhelmed by the damages. They quickly and efficiently helped separate items that could be salvaged and treated versus items they recommended for removal. They set up their equipment and within 24 hours my basement was transformed and well on the way to be fully repaired. They even helped me with navigating the insurance claim process, helping provide the information needed for the adjuster and insurance company, and the overall restoration process, which I really appreciated as a new homeowner of only a few years, as well as a single mom. I lost both of my parents within the last couple of years, and Sam and Anna were empathetic and supportive, especially with clearing out belongings that couldn’t be kept. I really loved their positive attitudes and knowledge of what could be done and what was recommended! They were so patient with me and my questions and reassured me that it was all going to be okay. I can’t overstate how helpful that was, or say enough good things! Definitely going to recommend this company to anyone who needs it. 10/10!!!

Dream Steam did a wonderful job cleaning our mattress. Michael and Sam explained each step. They were very friendly and pleasant to work with.

Michael checked with us to make sure we were satisfied. He went over the mattress a second time to help the drying process.

We highly recommend for any type of cleaning/restoration you find yourself needing.

Called to get a quote after having an apartment do a crappy job of carpet cleaning ahead of my move-in. The girl who took my call was friendly, speedy and thorough with the quote, and even worked with me to get the cleaning scheduled as quickly as possible since I had just moved in and was eager to get settled.

Bo (I think was her name!) came out the next morning at 8am and was extremely pleasant to work with. She took her measurements, updated the quote as needed (didn't change much from the initial quote), and was very helpful with moving my couch and bed to make sure the carpet was cleaned underneath those as well. Her and her manager (via phone) even professionally dealt with a difficult neighbor of mine... long story there lol.

HORRIBLE!! If there was a rating below one star I would definitely use it. I hired them to remove cat urine smell in the basement of a rental and nothing they did made a dent in the smell.they charged me extra to spray the steps to the basement and that didn't even soften the smell for a day and it wasn't noted on my receipt for the extra charge. if you don't want to throw money away to the wind do not call Hambly & Son's to help you with your issue. And good luck getting someone to call you back.

Nathaniel from Dream Clean came to help clean my carpet today. He was very polite, professional, and punctual. I decided to go ahead with the work and it turned out great! I asked him to lock the house up when he was finished and he did so he can definitely be trusted. Ill be requesting Nathanial every time one of my properties needs a good shampooing!!

We had a great experience with Dream Steam, twice for some spring cleaning!

First with Shawn who did our vents. He was very thorough and professional! Also, very kind working around out dog. She was sad to see him go! :)

The second service we had was carpet cleaning with Nate. He also did an excellent job! Very efficient with his time and looks great!

I had my ceramic tile floors cleaned and sealed. Professional hard-working staff- They worked on stained grout to get it looking like new before sealing it. The floors look GREAT!

Shawn did an amazing job cleaning the ducts in our home! He walked us through everything we could expect during the appointment, communicated clearly, and even shared before-and-after photos so we could see the difference. He was professional, thorough, and just an incredibly nice person to work with.
