Taner at Up Cut Lawn Services is top notch! We use his services for our rental portfolio that includes some larger multifamily apartment communities, all the way down to single family homes. He has a level of care beyond what any other lawn/snow company had ever given us before. He communicates with us leading up to snow storms about when his crews will be out servicing our properties. He has kept us in the loop all spring as we neared into our first mow of the year. In an industry that communication is often overlooked, Up Cut charges very fair prices with exceptional customer service. We have been very pleased with Taner's services.

Been using Up Cut for lawn care and snow removal for a couple different properties I own for the past 4yrs now. They have great attention to detail. I appreciate their crisp lines after every mow. 1 driveway has gravel and they always make sure not to push the gravel- just snow on every plow. Very happy with their services!

Amber was sent out to make some corrections. She gave me a call to let me know she was in her way, when she arrived she made sure to ask me about the areas I was unhappy with. She went above and beyond what I requested when she saw what the previous team had completed. She also provided me with information for watering when new seed is applied.

Michael performed the winterization/shutoff of my sprinkler system. He is knowledgeable & friendly. He also took time to answer my questions.

We called for them to come and treat our lawn for chiggers. They said it woukd take two sprays. We agreed and paid for these. . Now they showed and charged. It appears that if you o u sign, it becomes an automatic renewal that you have to stop. This is deceptive. As they requested a signature.. when I called and explained I was allowed to cancel but I still have to pay.
Decades ago this was an excellent company. We used them and recommended them.
As a business owner myself I have to eat it once I n awhile for the sake of the customer. Seems its not the same here.

A+ has done an outstanding job with our lawn. The lawn looks great and no weeds. Larry does a great job with the applications. We have a dog so he always calls before coming to make sure the dog is in the house and the gate is unlocked.

Devonte was so kind! Our yard was taken over by crab grass within the last month or two, and we were at a loss on what to do. We signed up for the lawn treatment program online after noticing all of our neighbors with great lawns had an A+ sign in their yard. He let us know that we may need some extra treatments due to the amount of crab grass. We're very happy we called A+!

What a disappointment! grass all over new rock in flower beds. All solar lights busted. Mounds of grass I have to rake up. Tire marks all over my white fence. Grass all over patio and furniture! It’s only letting me upload one out of 6 photos 🤬
