This company is great! I’ve had them aerate my lawn for the last six years and they are so thorough It’s amazing! I see probably 2 to 3 times as many holes in the lawn as other companies that are used in my neighborhood. They come when they say they are going to come, and are super easy to work with!

I personally did not call and schedule service but my neighbor was getting her lawn serviced and as I was mowing and struggling a bit doing my own yard, one of the guys came over and helped me finish a few hard areas and trimmed my edges! In the future I will definitely call them for service. It was so kind of them to go out of their way to help me. Thank you guys and I will recommend you to family and friends for any lawn care needs!

This Company did a horrible job in the community they serviced last year, and I reached out to make them aware along with sent pictures. It was terrible. I've done gardening for years and know you do not trim (they hacked) a shrub prior to their flowering season. They were careless in the way it was done to begin with and then having doing so at the wrong time was very unprofessional. They assured me they would go take a look to which they did not nor did they reach back out. Sure enough the shrubs did not flower this year and once again they were hacked. I have photos and will take new ones from this year then upload when able because I'm sure this is not what you want yours to look like. Especially, when you are paying for it to be done.

Our lawn has never looked better. These folks do great work and always do a great job of covering every inch of our lawn. I also like the organic and child/pet friendly treatments they use. Definitely recommended.

Do not use this company. They do not take care or follow up with their customers once they have been paid. Horrible customer service. Our paver patio grout washed away, pavers were uneven and several raised up, a few sank and they were not willing to fix the problem. Not a reputable company. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

I am so disappointed in the lack of response that Im getting from the Signature management. I live in a townhouse community and pay HOA fees for landscaping which includes maintenance of the weeds. Our weed growth is horrible and we've been told over and over again that this would be looked into and Im still waiting on a response. So disappointed that management has not responded to my calls. I am not the only one in my community dissatisfied. Service has gone downhill. Im beginning to think they dont care.

We have used Signature for our lawn care for 4 years. Their team is outstanding and service impeccable! Their technicians always go above and beyond but a special shout out to Phill B! He services a few properties in our neighborhood and always remembers we need a few minutes to gather dog toys and move vehicles out of his way. He gives us a heads up when he is in the neighborhood which we GREATLY appreciate!

Called Signature because they bought the small company I used to have aerate the lawn. Carolyn took the call and was able to get me scheduled really quick, she was proffesional, very personable and makes a great first impression. They sent a two man crew Brad and Julio. Julio did the walk behind around all the fencing, flowers, etc, and Brad ran the bigger ride on machine for the middle of the yard. Brad and Julio took extra care around the sprinkler heads, shed, and flower beds. These guys were extremely proffesional and did a great job, even making sure the big machine didn't damage the yard turning around to go the other way. They were very careful. I'll call them again, and anyone needing service should call Carolyn and make an appointment. Awesome employees, good equipment, fair price.

I live in an HOA where we don’t get to pick who mows our lawn. They keep using their zero turn lawn mowers in tight spaces where one tire rotates in the same spot and it’s tore my grass up to where it’s a mud hole, in 2 different areas. The HOA came out and put grass seed to fix it. Lawn care company came the next week and mowed the same way again and ruined the grass seed. They came back then next week and tracked mud down the entire sidewalk and yard. This lawn company just doesn’t pay attention or care about anything. All this company cares about is getting it done lightning fast instead of good and with the correct equipment. They also don’t know how to west eat as they butcher the grass so bad on the edges that there’s no grass left.these pictures don’t do justice. This company is very unprofessional and does not return calls. I was also told a story about a family emergency, which seems to be fake since there’s more reviews about it.

I have used this service since moving into my home in 2013. Eli has been dependable and has done a great job. He has also provided landscaping services. His work has always been first class and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable company to provide lawn care services.

they do the worst job plowing snow. If the town homes were left unplowed it would have been better. Never came back in the days that followed to clean it up. Never did the sidewalks, stairs, salted or sanded the hills. I would highly recommend never hiring them to take care of any property you live at or rent to others. Saturday was maybe 2-3 inches…they plowed nothing and it’s a sheet of ice today(Monday) I’ve already seen one older women fall last week.

This is the first summer I have used Signature Lawn Care and I see a big improvement in my lawn. Even a few weeks after the first application, many weeds were gone. The people that work for them not only are careful and thorough with the applications, but are very courteous, friendly people. I highly recommend them! Good company! And Carolyn in the office is great!

Amazing experience! Juan and Nelson are hard workers and know what needs to be done. I never saw them doing anything but work. The retaining wall is beautiful and will last for years. Cory was wonderful in explaining the entire process and made sure I was happy with the finished wall. I highly recommend Capital Landscaping for all your needs. They are experts and can offer you so much! Be sure to give them a call for an estimate before you go somewhere else! Definitely 5+ stars!!!
