We had a last-minute emergency with a shower at one of our rental properties. Lazer was the first company to answer our call without an automated machine.

Arturo did a fantastic job communicating with us, and letting us know as he completed the repair. He was professional, friendly, and understanding.

Although nobody enjoys having to deal with an emergency repair like this, I highly recommend using Lazer to take care of it for you when it happens.

Zach and Ray did excellent work - they were timely - friendly - and got to work and did the job - I would refer others to Lazer Homes Services and plan to use them again for our heating and plumbing needs - they installed a Toto Japanes washlet bidet - the same kind we saw in Japan on a recent trip -

Lazer was here today. First tech, Ryan and a trainee, looked at plumbing and Mason inspected the furnace. All were professional and nice to chat with! I highly recommend this company. Ask about their membership program.

Zac Miller from Lazer Home Services gave us our annual electrical check up, which is part of our membership. He was courteous, helpful and thorough. We would recommend him and LHS to any home owner.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and they were a no show for a Monday, The rescheduled for a wednesday and no show no call til 3 pm when I called them and she said they have been swamped......My parents had 3 furniture stores in Polk county 45 years and common sense tells you, that you'd communicate the delay.
They are just too busy for new business!
And I own multiple rentals and single family homes. They did work for me in the past however I wont suggest them at this juncture!

Mason did a great job identifying the problem with my furnace, offering options and executing the option chosen. As a result I had a new furnace the day after problem identification. He was also thoughtful enough to provide space heaters until installation.

Chris from Lazer Home Services did an outstanding job inspecting both my furnace and air conditioner. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was thoroughly checked. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and I felt confident knowing my system was in good hands.

The customer service at Lazer Home Services also stands out—they are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about their customers. My only suggestion for improvement would be in scheduling. Instead of a set appointment time, they notify you once the technician finishes the prior job and is on the way. In my case, that meant waiting until 3:00 in the afternoon. While it worked out, a more precise time window would make the process even better.

That being said, I’m very happy with both Chris and the overall service from Lazer. I’ll gladly continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC service.

Great experience from start to finish. They helped us choose the right toilets, communicated clearly the entire time, and did a flawless installation. They were very clean, left no mess behind, and were friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend!

I have used them for both redoing my bathroom and redoing light fixtures. Both experiences have been excellent! Ryan redid my shower/tub/vanity and he did a phenomenal job and was super communicative. Zac redid my lighting and he was quick, efficient and did a great job. Thanks for the help!
