Used them with no problems for a heating and cooling system at our home. Thought we would use then for our business. They told us they would be there between noon and 3 and then we got a text stating they would be there between 1-1:30. Never showed. No call nothing. Called them and they had no idea what was going on. Highly disappointed.

The timely and efficient service we received was outstanding! Technician Don explained needed repairs very well and worked at a good pace to get the projects done. Clean up was excellent. A job that was projected to take possibly 4 hours was completed in 2 hours. In the past, we have had Thrasher Service do other small repairs in our house (built in the 40's) and have been impressed with their experienced technicians and fair price. Out of all the different plumbing companies we have tried in the past, Thrasher Service is the one truly local company that stands out above all the others. Thanks again.

Thrasher Service Corp's technician, Ben, did a great plumbing job on setting a new toilet, installing a deep sink in our utility room, and replacing a leaking kitchen sink drain. Friendly, professional and clean work by an excellent plumber.

This is the first time I've used these folks and was very pleased. The serviceman was timely, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained their service contract which I bought. Was also pleased that he provided a new filter as part of my service. I will recommend him to my friends.

The walk-in shower is beautiful & I love the bench seat that can be in the shower or out of the shower. No complaints, only praise! I love my new walk-in shower and highly recommend Thrashers!!!

Thrasher Service was the only company that was willing to get to my home to provide same day service for a water leak. The plumber they sent worked quickly and knew what he was doing. He made the repair and made recommendations for preventing future ones. I'm very thankful there are still businesses around like this! This is also why I'm a repeat customer.

He promptly inspected all components of my furnace.
Informed me of a small leak that we need to keep an eye on. So I took pictures of that area to watch for any changes. He found that my humidifier pad was in need of replacement, he had the part with him. After preforming all checks to make sure we are good for winter he was very polite and answered all of my questions and thanked me for my business. He was very knowledgeable.

He was friendly, professional, and offered very reasonable pricing compared to other quotes we received.

Reached out to Thrasher when I had a pipe burst over the weekend. They got me scheduled right away. Safet had the pipe repaired in under 30 minutes, and was wonderful to work with. Super affordable, great local company. Would highly, highly recommend!!

We needed a new valve for our tub/shower. We were told to get a name brand so parts were easier to find in the future if there were problems but they had larger plates as it would probably need a larger hole cut. We were fine with that and took back the one we liked and got a brand they recommended. The guy was very prompt and pleasant and got right to work. After a bit he came out and said he messed up and made the hole to big and had to go to American and get a bigger plate to cover the hole. Now we have an ugly eyesore in the shower. What was a nice brushed nickel set-up is now backed up by this god awful shiny eyesore! And to add insult to injury he charged us for the time that he spent to go track down this eyesore to fix “his mistake”, his own words. How do you fix this disgusting mess? It looks like someone bought junk yard rejects and threw them in a rental. So much for replacing the double sink faucets to match the tub. Do I go gaudy shiny silver or out of place brushed nickel? Beware if you are asking for repairs. Professional does not mean you get a professional job done.

Bought my own water heater to save money. Called and got an estimate for install before they came out. 4 to 500$ which makes sense, plus trip charge, not in metro area.
Guy gets done- 800$ plus, for parts- HVAC pieces maybe worth 30$, plumbing worth maybe another 30$- WTH - not again!! Ripped off - pictures show from strap to water heater cap- cap was already on the Rheem I bought. Black pipe with valve to sensor box. New fittings on top of heater. Really!?
If I would have known they were going to charge that much I wouldn't have hired them. I could have bought all that myself and saved 300$

After attempts by a family member to fix my toilet, I called Lazer Home Services. They responded quickly and I was able to get a same day appointment. Jonathan was extremely courteous and polite. He explained why the previous "fixes " didn't solve the problems and gave options for me to consider. I am very pleased with both the service and the products , the price was reasonable as well. Jonathan even became an instant friend to my dog Buddy

Lazer was recommended to me by a handyman - I'm grateful for the recommendation. They were able to get me in quickly to replace my water heater. John worked quickly & got the job done in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area he worked in very well. He gave me a few pointers on how to keep the water heater functioning with some annual maintenance.
I had a small issue after he'd left and Lazer got me on their schedule again very quickly. John again showed me what he fixed & how I can maintain the problem if it arises again.

Arrived on time. Did a very thorough diagnostic of my furnace prior to presenting me with options. I already was aware it was 17 years old and was expecting to replace it. Nevertheless he initially gave me a cost option to repair it. Then worked up 2 options for a new unit. I selected an option based on my household needs, to replace it with a similar unit. He also offered me an option to add a humidifier which was an excellent suggestion with wood floors and a piano on the main floor. Very reasonable price for this addition. The total cost was within my researched expectations.
He is a well trained young man who handled my questions with confidence and very professionally.
It was a very successful and cordial visit and I would highly recommend him as an excellent employee of Lazer.
