Used them for sewer line repair for cracked clay tile. All the guys seemed nice and they got it done fast. It's been a couple days and I haven't had any problems like backups. Invoice amount was what I expected.

A++ company. As a new home owner we had to get our sewer line replaced, they were the only company who could do the job without ripping up our entire yard, deck and retaining wall. TJ advised us of issues with the plumbing to our kitchen which was causing another issue , he ensured that was fully replaced so we didn’t have to keep having plumbers come out after getting such a big job done. They replaced our sewer, water line and all plumbing to our kitchen. Very reasonably priced for the extent of the job and extremely respectful. If I ever needed work like this again they would be the first company I would call and I recommend them to everyone I can.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I absolutely would! We found out rather abruptly that we needed a full sewer line replacement. I made close to a dozen calls to get someone to do this and Dave and his crew were the only ones that said they would replace it through trenchless method without hesitation! We live on a slab and so knowing that a 4 foot deep trench wouldnt have to be dug through our entire living room to fix everything wrong was a huge relief! Within a week Dave worked diligently to diagnose our issues, pull permits, and get us fixed up. His crew was incredibly respectful of our home and circumstance and Dan's on-the-job knowledge was top notch! Without a doubt I recommend Kriens, they will be our first call for plumbing related issues from here on out- they do what they say and say what they mean. They do right by their customers and they will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of the right way, the first time! Knowing that we will never have sewer line issues again is such a relief as a homeowner; having Kriens complete the work was the best thing that came out of an unfortunate situation!

We recently had to call them after the heavy rain as our sump pump had quit working. Not only did they respond in a timely manner. The plumber who did the work went above and beyond in making sure we had the best pump for our needs and installing the new pump. Thrasher is always our go to for plumbing needs.

Had a 50 gal water heater that was sputtering a couple days before family coming in. Called Thrasher and they gave me a quote over the phone without making an estimate apt. Came the next morning and replaced our water heater. Took about 2 hours. Joe and Nick very professional. Paid what they quoted me on the phone. $450 less than Schaal quoted . We live in Johnston. Would recommend. 5 star service.

The repair guy had a bad attitude kicked a bucket that had my works tools in it, using foul language then charged me $175 for a trip charge and no repair, cause Im waiting on a part. Overpriced for no repair

Great service on my furnace. Spring cleanup of my AC was great too. Everyone on the team is very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend them to those I know. I plan to keep using them for many years.

Also just had them install a smart thermostat that required connection a module inside the furnace. Glad they are there when I need them

Had a small job of switching out an outside faucet that was broken. Tiffany was great on the phone as always. Ben took out the old one and replaced it as good as new for spring watering. Would recommend Thrasher for all plumbing needs. They replaced our water heater last fall. Excellent job and fair pricing.
