Great experience with Clog Busters.... on Saturday, service in under 3 hours. Brian and Mason evaluated the problem, knew what to do, and did everything efficiently and cleaned up the site well. They listened, adapted to my situation, and gave me great service. I would use them again.

Noah and Lukus were great!
They explained every step of the job to me so I understood what they were doing, showed me the pictures, and gave me preventative tips to prevent future problems. They were both very professional and knowledgeable about their job, very nice guys, I will definitely call them again if I have any more problems. I'm so happy to have my sink drain again! No more emptying buckets!

I’m starting this review for Clog Busters to recognize Mason, who was excellent. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, which I really appreciated. He was very thorough, expressed genuine concern about the issue, and was focused on getting everything resolved and working properly. He was also very neat and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Overall, Mason did a great job and made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Max was unbelievably professional and personable. Worked incredibly hard to fix our issue. Left our home better than when he showed up. Duke, also came out and between the two came up with a game plan that is reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend Clog Busters for any in home plumbing needs they are second to none.

I met max today in Las Vegas. He has a beautiful van, and he had lots of info about his jetter built into his van. Truly one of a kind employee, and I highly recommend clog busters!

Noah and Carter went above and beyond with helping us fix our our sewer line problem. They were kind and courteous when speaking to them. They were able to find the problem. Noah clearly explained the different options to go about fixing the problem. Noah also described the process they went about to fix the problem. Noah discovered a few roots growing into the pipe from the city sewers. Noah immediately got in contact with the city officals and made them aware of the problem. Providing the city all the informatuon they needed to remove the root problem. Not only that, they made sure to leave the area cleaner than when they found it. We greatly appreciate all the hard work they have done.

Mason did a great job, and was a pleasure to work with. We appreciated his work ethic, knowledge and ability to accomplish the work that needed to be done.

Today I ran into Max from Clog Busters. The logo on his van was awesome! He spoke very professionally, and thoroughly. I hope I don't have any clogged drains, or plumbing issues in the future, but if I do I know who to call!

Noah and Steve did an amazing job when our sink backed up. They explained what they were doing and what could help in the future. Very educated in what they do and we're wonderful to talk with! We called a few other places, but this company was able to get us in the same day. A dedicated company for sure. Nick and Rambo came through in the clutch! I had an emergency with sewage backing up into my basement. They responded quickly, came out fast, and fixed everything with their hyper jet! Couldn’t be happier! Thanks guys!

We had a hard clog 30ft in our plumbing and these two guys, (Nick and Anthony) came out and helped us. They gave us plenty of options and helped us fine the best one based on our price range. Not only that but they were wonderful with our pets. We also recognized one of them as someone who helped with us in the past so that was nice.

Top notch service and communication. I called on a Friday afternoon they had Brian B out in about 1.5 hrs and he didn't beat around the bush. As a home inspector, I value clear communication and direct responses. He walked me through his methodology, executed it, and had to schedule some follow up visits to really provide me with the best he & Clog Busters had to offer (included a Saturday and Monday visit). I appreciate his approach and the effort he put in to help resolve my issues. Thanks!

Now for the cost; I wasn't expecting it to be cheap but I was surprised by the sticker range. The good news is they offer financing and have levels to the services they provide. Each level comes with their assurances and guarantees that are all clearly outlined. Again, much appreciated for that. Nothing about this experience was pitchy or drove home a desire to make a specific sale goal.

If you find yourself in a bind (like me) or have some routine, general, or specific plumbing/sewer needs addressed, these guys are worth having a conversation with.

Nick and Austin have saved the day when my basement drain was overflowing. Turns out there was a massive built up of black sludge in my water line.

They were both very professional and informative throughout the whole process.

I would highly recommend this great team! I will be using them for all of my plumbing and drain cleaning needs.

Max was very pleasant even though we called and he came out 45 minutes from Des Moines! Max was quick and efficient with diagnosing our leak and even though he had to drive back to des moines and back to our house to replace our toilet at 8 pm, he did not make us feel like we were inconveniencing him. Our updated toilet is running as it should. Thank you Max and Clog busters!
