I called Richardson Plumbing when I had a plumbing emergency. John squeezed me in between two clients as he was in the neighborhood. He realized the fix was a quick one and did the job right then. He was kind, professional and answered all of my questions which were plentiful!! I am so grateful I called him. Will recommend to family and friends and so happy to have a plumber I trust!

John Richardson has done several plumbing jobs for me in the past and will be doing another one for me in the very near future. His work is top-notch! He is honest and will not try to sell you something you do not need. He will not use or install substandard materials. John stands behind his work. For plumbing, I would use no one else! If you want superior work done at a fair price, you will give John a call.

Our water heater was recently damaged due to water in our basement. I was able to relight the pilot once but we were out of hot water on Saturday, May 7. We called John and he was at our house in about 30 minutes.

We needed a new unit and I asked John when he could do the install. He said "Now." Within 15 minutes he was working on the install and worked until about 8PM to get the job done.

Professional, thorough, great customer service. He also installed a upgraded sump pump with battery backup a few weeks ago.

He's our go to guy when it comes to providing great service, an honest appraisal of what's needed, and quality products.

When I bought a house, I called Richardson Plumbing to help with the remodeling. John is a fantastic guy - prompt, knowledgeable, and very good at his craft. He returned all my calls and answered all my questions. John installed a new shower and replaced all the stools. This is top-quality work at a great price.

We contacted several plumbers when we moved into our condo. We selected John and his Richardson Plumbing Co Inc to install a water softener, replace two water closets (one of grandsons loves that name), replace three faucets, replace the water lines for our clothes washer and replace two shower heads. Our property manager tells us he is very impressed with how he installed the water softener in our storage unit, ran the lines through another room and into the room for all of the water meters in our building - very professional installation. The prices were all reasonable and work professional. John is great to work with, and as others have said, leaves our home as clean or cleaner than he found it. We highly recommend him to others including our sons and daughters.

John is a very knowledgeable plumber
that knows how to get the job done right the first time. He is very responsive as he came out to our house the day we called him. He is honest, won't over charge, and explains the reasoning behind what needs to be done. Best plumber experience by far and would recommend him to everyone.

John even came to our house on a bitterly cold Christmas Eve to hook up our gas fireplace so we could have a cozy Christmas with our family. I know the job will always be done to the highest standard and done right the first time. I also appreciate the time John takes to make sure your home is just as clean as it was before he arrived. He always takes the time to put down drop cloths to keep the carpets clean and then takes the time to clean the area he was working on when he is done. I have used Richardson plumbing for a number of things over the years. New water heater, replacement of a spigot on the back of the house, also replacement of some shower plumbing and faucet in a bathroom. John continues to be awesome. He is always tranparent with what the work entails and what it will cost. And he always leaves the work area clean when he leaves. Richardson is my go to.

Mason came out was knowledgable and was able to fix an issue and figure out the next steps for our drain system in the shop. Highly recommend using these guys for all ypur plumbing issues.

Clog Busters came highly recommended after another company mis-diagnosed our problem. Brian was fantastic, and our problem was actually fixed and service was same-day. Brian was extremely professional and answered all of our questions and gave us several options. We will definitely call them again.

We had Clog Busters come out to unclog our bathroom sink and tub, and they did an excellent job. Javi and Nick were very professional, time-efficient, and communicative throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done right. We’re very satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was so impressed with how fast my request for service was attended to. Javier and Steve were respectful, listened well to what I needed. They were thorough in their inspection and repair. I appreciated their work, and would highly recommend this company.

Dylan did a great job. He was here about 30 minutes. They charge a $59 trip fee which is understandable. They charged $409 for 30 minutes of work. The total cost was $468. I asked if the reason the price was so high was because it was a Saturday and he said no that’s our normal price. That was the least expense package. Packages went as high as $1200! Also, there is no guarantee on their work with the lowest price package. This seems VERY expensive to unclog a kitchen sink drain and 30 minutes of work!

Max was able to get my drain open and show me what last company didn't do right. I will use you again.

Austin came in to set the new toilet and fix the flange and replace the water shut off. He did an great job. Because of the good work that both Max Austin did, I will use this company again. They also were able answer any questions I had.

Very nice people. Dylan was able to provide several options to choose from. Helped fix a long standing issue with sewer gas odor that another company did not provide. Will use them again.
