Called another rooter service company first. They broke a pipe in my basement and left saying it would costs thousands to repair. I called Bob's the next day. My drain was unclogged and fixed in under an hour for a very reasonable price. Calling Bob's for all my future sewer rooter needs.

They had a lot of good reviews so I called around 11:30 am for the very first time, and they arrived an hour or two later after calling first. They were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and downright friendly. I know it wasn't easy because I am a clutter queen 👑, but they worked it out with class. They got done lickety split, and the bill was so low I almost fainted. No kidding. Found out later he services both of my brothers too. Highly recommend!

Steve was great to work with. Called in the morning for a clogged sink, he was there within a couple hours. He was a very nice guy, gave me some tips for the future on managing clogs, and considering the work he does, didn't leave much of anything for a mess. I won't hesitate to call for any future needs.

We’ve got a 130-year-old house with a septic setup that’s around 100 years old, and Steve treated it with the care and caution it deserves. He tracked down the issue quickly, explained what he was seeing in plain language, and got the tree roots that were clogging the pipes cleared out without turning the whole job into a bigger mess than it needed to be.

I called about 5 weeks ago for a small job and a quote for much larger job that needed done. I was told he was swamped and would call me back. I called a few weeks later, wanting to work with someone who is supposed to be really good to work and he said he remembered me but forgot to call but would come tuesday morning 8am....didn't happen. 8:10 I get a call that he needed to rechedule for thursday at 8am and a promise to be there...didn't happen. Even worse I called him at 8:30 left a voicemail and at 8:45 get a call back that he has to cancel again. I said forget it in a couple more words and hung up. I don't know about plumbing ability but customer service and respect for other peoples time is next to none for this guy.

John was able to help me out and fix my brass adapter issue and had a few minutes to give me options for other work. Will use this company exclusively for work needed. Great experience!

Great guy, great service! Was available to help us out with our bathroom and we just also experienced an issue with our washer/water line. He was happy to help us with that as well. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
