I called Steve with a clogged sewer drain in the morning. Since he was booked for the day, he wasn't able to come out till the next morning. I was ecstatic when I heard from him early evening that he could fit me in as his last call. Out of four times I have needed a plumber, this is the third time I've called on him. Very friendly, quick to get the job done (& right), and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company and will call on him again if needed.

I recently experienced every mom’s worst nightmare- my washer drain was backing up. Not only did I have a mess to clean but I also couldn’t do laundry (which I have plenty of). After a failed attempt to snake it myself and use draino to unclog, I Called Bob’s sewer services. They were able to come out and fix the clog the same day! Laundry crisis averted! They were professional, friendly, and did not break the bank! Highly recommend!

Kitchen drain clogged. Initially called the outfit that advertises on TV all the time. When asked for a cost or cost range or typical cost or average cost—really, anything—was told that "no, they don't have the prices in the office," and that I would have to have a service call and pay $59 to find out what they might charge me to actually do the work.

It's all designed to extract the maximum amount from the homeowner. I'm amazed that this works. Why on Earth would anyone think that that's a company they can trust? No wonder they have to advertise so much.

Called Bob's Sewerooter Service. The person who answered the phone was the owner, who told me over the phone a typical price for what I was dealing with. They came out promptly, cleared out the drain, and charged me exactly what they said they would when we talked on the phone. No attempt to upsell me. Just honest folks.

My drain backed up. I called Bob's they were here in 20 minutes and had it resolved within the hour. Great service. Very respectful of my dad who resides in the lower level. Definately recommend.

I called on a Sunday with a backed up drain line. Steve was out within 45 minutes, even with having company coming over that evening! He fixed our issue within an hour and was extremely friendly, competent, and downright a great guy for helping us out on a SUNDAY. He even educated me on Homeserve, which is insurance for your drain system. I highly recommend these guys and can't thank them enough for coming out when they did. For anyone in pinch with a drain problem, call these guys 1st to be taken care of the RIGHT way!

Wow, if every business operated the way they do, the world would be a much better place! Steve was responsive and professional. I also appreciated the fact that he cared about trying to keep things as clean as possible in such a messy situation. In such a desperate situation a company could charge basically whatever they want, but the charge was very fair. We are so appreciative of Bob's Plumbing and will recommend it to anyone and everyone!

They are by far, thee best…. compared to competitors that would not come out on a Saturday and wanted me to wait 2 weeks on an emergency situation! The sewer line for my home was backing up. Steve was prompt, professional, and very personable. He had also taken care of us a couple years prior for the same issue (tree roots blocking the line), and it was a positive experience as well.

I have used bob’s in the past and I had to use him again today, Labor Day, off all days, for a sewer backup at one of my rentals. Mark and his side kick were there within five minutes. Got the job done in maybe ten minutes. The charge was very reasonable, especially considering the holiday. I will continue to use them.

My bathtub, toilet, kitchen sink, everything backing up in the basement!! The horror! I called Bob’s on Sunday afternoon around 4pm. They answered on the second ring and knew my problem right away. I opted to have them come Monday and I was the first appointment of the day. I was back up and running in 20 minutes which made my day! I was also VERY impressed with the cost, professionalism, knowledge base, and the ability to be personable. Bob’s will be my first call from now on!

We had a bit of a panic when a sink wouldn't drain the morning our house was going on the market. Steve was very fast and came over within an hour of the initial call (Sooner than anticipated!) He was very polite, friendly, and got the job done quickly! I would definitely call them again in the future!

Our sewer drain in our house backed up and we needed help fast. We called them and they answered on the first few rings! We told them what the problems was and they told us that would be there shortly. They arrived within less than 30 minutes. They came in and got right to work! They were extremely professional, nice, and we very carful to try and not make any messes. They got the clog out at 30 feet in, and even went one step further and made sure they went all the way to the street, just to make sure there was not more than one clog! They were in and out in 30-45 minutes tops! I'm not sure you will find a better price than them either! We paid the weekend price since it was on a Saturday, and even that was more than reasonable! Can not recommend this company enough, and will defiantly use them in the future.

I called Bob's Sewer Service on a Saturday afternoon (his company says they are open 24 hours/day - he was the company that actually answered his phone) he couldn't get me in that day, but agreed to come to my home on Sunday, and stated it would be time and half and not double time. Steve got to my home at the time he said he would be there - was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and was able to fix our issue in less than an hour. The price he charged was extremely reasonable. I am a woman that was home alone, recovering from chemo when sewage was coming up my basement drain. I unfortunately first called Clog Busters Drain Cleaning & Repair
Clog Busters Visit #1 Mon 10/14 = $800 with "one year warranty"
Clog Busters Visit #2 Mon 10/21 = $200 but "did me a favor" by not charging because "this section is not under warranty" (the section that should've been cleared to start which is under our only bathroom)
Clog Busters Call #3 Sat 10/26 = "there's going to be a significant charge to come out AGAIN"

TODAY Mon 10/28 = still the same clog so this time I called Bob's Sewerooter Services as suggested by many. They knew exactly what needed to be done. Done in 20 mins. They even moved a washer a dryer for me because there was no room for the size of equipment needed. The size of equipment that Clog Buster lied and said they used but obviously would not have fit with the washer and dryer in the way. Plus the Ring cam proved they did not use what they charged us for.

On thanksgiving day with several family members here our kitchen sink drain stopped working. A great time for that problem! Called Bob’s Thursday for a Friday morning appointment and he showed at 8:15 on Friday. Got the drain open in short order. These guys do a great job, they clean up after themselves and the cost was reasonable. Very good service. I’ll definitely use them again.
