John Richardson has done all of our plumbing remodel and fix-it work since 2003. He has spent many long hours fixing problems that have arisen in our house (things the builder most likely didn't do as well as they could have), as well as routine maintenance and adding improvements (adding a gas line for our kitchen remodel, among other things). He has always been wonderful about coming on short notice, and stays until the job is done, even if that means a very long day sometimes. I believe he is very honest and does good quality work. He is always willing to let us know when there are problems just waiting to happen with our plumbing (such as bad quality or missing shut-off valves), so that we can proactively fix these situations, saving us thousands of dollars of potential problems down the road.

We appreciate his integrity and his experience in the field. He does great work!

I called John yesterday afternoon to check out the water pressure of one of the shampoo bowls at my salon (the BEST Salon). He came out the next day (today) and checked it out. Recently my sump pump and battery backup system failed at my house. I live near a creek so it's pretty important to make sure the system is always operable. John has a lot of clientele and was very busy that week but he took time out of his busy schedule to get the sump pump repaired later that day. He followed up a few days later on a Saturday to get the battery backup system reinstalled. I feel that John really cares about his clients and goes out of his way to be available when they need help right away.

John is an outstanding plumber who does great work at good prices. I needed a very specific project (a dog-washing station) and he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Richardson Plumbing!

John was hired to install new kitchen faucets, which were done properly. When he arrived, we asked him to ‘snake’ our washing machine drain. Which he did. However, he cut a large hole in our wall behind the washer to access the drain another way.
He spent 5 hours in our home. When he left he said everything had been put back and ready to go.
The electrical outlet behind the washer is now dead and I needed to plug into the dryer outlet a few feet away (no problem) I ran a load of laundry. Later in the day, I noticed water was all over the laundry room floor. He did not reconnect the drain hose causing water to spray all over the wall. What had been water damage from the drain down is now water damage throughout the entire wall. John sent a rude invoice asking us never to call him again. And interestingly enough he requested prompt payment (that’s understandable) but no where on the invoice was his mailing address. The mailing address is also not on the website. Hmmm

Was at our home promptly on a Saturday - Christmas Eve, even. He was professional and courteous even as our reported "burst pipe" slowly revealed itself to be 4 burst pipes. Even stuck around to help thaw the other pipes nearby to make sure we wouldn't need them fixed, too! His price was extremely fair. Highly, highly recommended!
