They were very responsive and able to come the same day we called. Mark was friendly, professional and quickly evaluated and resolved our stopped up drain, plus offered advise to prevent it from happening in the future.

We had a clog between the wash room floor drain and sewer line that another company mis-diagnosed, $600 later we still could not flush a toilet or drain a sink without the floor drain flooding. Thankfully we were told to try Bob's Sewerooter who came out very quickly and rooted out a clog between the drain and the sewer clean-out that the other company missed leaving us with a $600 bill and still flooding drain. Bob's ran a rooter through the drain line and quickly cleared out the clog the other company said wasn't there and at a very reasonable price. Don't even hesitate to call them if you have an issue with a clogged pipe, just do it!

Steve and his son came to fix our plumbing today. They were so respectful and friendly that I felt as if I had invited my friends over. Their service is quick and very affordable! I highly recommend them for any plumbing or sewer services that you may need.

Great service! Very friendly and efficient. Called Steve at 11:30 AM... they were here within 20 minutes and had the bathtub drain running again in less than 5 minutes. Great guy first off he was quick getting out he didn't quit until he got all those damn baby wipes out my drain lol, he kicked ass showed grit and toughness very knowledgeable we chatted a good bit about life very trusting guy and he even cut me a break even though it was one of his toughest jobs in his career hes awesome!

Had an upstairs toilet unexpectedly back up causing quite a leak in the downstairs living room. After calling multiple places on a Gameday Saturday, this company was the only one to answer. The gentleman was at another job site and said he would be right over after he finished up there. Texted him address per his request and within an hour he showed up. Did a quick assessment of all the pipes from roof to basement for best option. Ended up taking the toilet off, snaking the line, and repaired some minor damage all within an hour for a very reasonable cost. Very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend for any plumbing emergency.

These guys are great! I spent 2 days trying to unclogg my kitchen sink. I used 3 different brands of chemicals and ran a regular snake from home depot. No luck.
I called these guys and they came out, and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes! And it only cost me barely more than I spent on the chemicals. I should have called them to start with.

We have to have our kitchen drain cleaned every 2 to 3 years. Our kitchen is at the back of our house so the drain has a long way to go. I had Bob come out about 3 years ago and then again recently.

He came the same day I called and his price hadn't changed in 3 years, his prices are very reasonable. They were here for less than an hour, cleaned up after themselves, and were professional.

If you are in the need of sewer service, you have to call Bob.

We had a severely clogged drain in the bathroom. I called Bob's Sewer Service and they were out the very next morning. Steve gave me a great education on drains and some home remedies to prevent our problem from happening again. Personable, timely service and great results. These guys were great- only other call for service was nearly a week out whereas Bob's showed up next day. Don't know about you but with smelly stuff bubbling up I don't want to wait multiple days! Super competitive pricing too, highly recommend giving them a call if you're having issues!

Called at 11:00AM because our basement drain was backed up. They had someone out here within an hour and the job was done in about 30 minutes. The repairman also gave me some info about HomeServe sewer line insurance, which was super helpful. Overall a great experience and we are so happy that there’s no longer standing water in our basement!

Everytime I ran my dishwasher my kitchen sink would back up. I called Bobs at 11:30am and Steve arrived before noon. Honest, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and most importantly supporting local. I will never go to anyone else. The price I paid to have it fixed is what it would of cost just for a service trip from the other local names I had called.

Steve came out to our house as soon as he could. He was very friendly, professional, and quick. I'm overjoyed to have our problem taken care of. The main drain was backed out to the street apparently. **Drain backed up into our laundry room and downstairs bathroom into the bathtub and toilet. Water everywhere!
Took Steve no time to clear up both issues. I want to add how reasonably priced this was as well. A big bonus for our big family.

Super rude on the phone. I called just to get a quote. Did not answer my question, went straight to telling me they don’t have anyone available that day. I never asked for someone to go out that day. He simply assumed, cut me off and would not answer my question.
