I had a wonderful experience with Steve!
He was quick to come and was able to not only unclog our upstairs stool, but ended up replacing the wax ring as well for us while he was here due to it just recently beginning to leak. I really appreciate his patience as I was multitasking with guests at our home at the time and trying to watch my small children.
He got the job done in a timely manner and even let my daughter who was on the spectrum watch from the hallway to keep her distracted from all the other commotion going on at my home!

We recently had a water softener installed, and unfortunately, there was an unexpected water leak during the initial installation. Tyler quickly came to the rescue, showing exceptional professionalism and responsiveness.

He carefully diagnosed and resolved the problem in no time, ensuring minimal inconvenience to us. Also, Tyler went above and beyond by returning promptly the next day to make a minor adjustment.

We were impressed by his attention to detail, communication, and overall reliability. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tyler and his services to anyone in need of plumbing or water treatment solutions. Five-star service all around!

Nick showed up in a timely manor and did a wonderful job on our after hours kitchen sink nightmare. He was polite and professional the whole time would recommend his service to everyone.

Noah and James came out within 12 hours. Gave me a few different options for my clog and we ended up trying the cheaper option and it worked wonderfully. They were very professional and clean. Recommend them for anyone!

Max came out on a Sunday he did an excellent job. He determined what the problem was and did a very efficient job. I needed to have my floor sanitized. Very thankful for his help!

Thursday 1-8-26 we noticed a bit of water in the basement, so I went down there and tried to take care of it myself. 2 days and $300 later, it was time to call a pro. That was Sat morning. It was snowing and cold. I called every 24/7 plumbing business in my phone book. No one answers. I get "Leave a message" "We'll get back to you" . Of the 7 I called, only one called back, but he didn't do drains so I had to Google.
Called one major company, it was going to be $600 to just come down to Chariton--not including any work. A 24/7 company who charges 3 X more to come out on a Saturday? IS gas higher on a Saturday? No. So I called Clog Busters. A HUMAN BEING answered the phone!!! A POLITE human being! He took my information, let me know off the bat it would be $99 for the service call, (NOT $600) and they would let me know before they do any work what the cost would be, options, payment options etc. Then he said they will be down TODAY. I won't lie, I thought I was going to cry. He took my number. In few minutes I received a text message with a picture of Noah, and bit about him. They let me know when he'd be there, and again when he was a half hour away. He and his partner Steve showed up ON TIME. ON A SATURDAY. They were polite, they looked around, asked some questions. I showed them where the clean out was, and they came back to the door a few minutes later and showed me what was up. They have a camera!!! He showed me the junk and tree roots in my line. They told what they needed to do to get rid of them, and I had options. OPTIONS!! For reals!! I picked an option, probably more than I needed, but it was totally UP TO ME, and the option I chose came with a 2 year warranty. Then they got to work. It took about an hour and half to chomp all the roots out of the drain, and they had to go out to the street. They gave me a copy of the pictures and video--like a colonoscopy for my front yard. I'm 60 years old, and wanted to adopt them both. I've been taken advantage of, scammed, lied to, and just blown off- And these guys didn't do any of that. I'm giving them 5 stars, but I wish it could be more. Very professional, down to earth guys, no bad vibes, no patronizing. As a single woman, that is important!! This is the standard of service that all "24/7" companies should have! Those yocal locals who didn't return my calls could learn a lot from these guys. I will highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Noah and Steve, and super polite guy on the phone!
PS...The truck they came in had a "Ghost Busters" theme..it was glorious. Loved it! Most important was the fact that after 2 days we could flush, and take a shower. Thanks again! You guys are the greatest!

Max and Zach were absolutely wonderful when I had a major drain clog. They were very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the home warranty claim to make things much less stressful. I'm actually quite impressed with the whole process after having had an issue with a different plumbing company earlier in the day. Much appreciation to MAX, Zach, and Clog Busters! You guys rock!

We had some backing up in our basement and needed it cleared. Bryan and Javi cleared our pipes from our basement to where our pipes meet the cities. Yep, they found a problem there but promptly contacted the city and got them out and everything fixed pretty quickly so that they could finish the job. They were able to clear out our 50+ year old pipes and cleaned up our basement floor. Bryan and Javi were honest and very professional. They did high quality work and they got the job done. We highly recommend Bryan and Javi!!!

If you've got a clog and need it taken care of right away, look no further! I called multiple plumbers about a clog that was backing up multiple spots in my house. Noah and Steve came right away and got to work. Very clean and professional. They were great at communicating what they were doing and what they found when breaking up the clog. Also provided great advise on things I could be doing to help prevent another one in the future. Amazing team and great experience l!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Dylon and Anthony today. Ive been have issues with water overflow in my basement for some time and it has gradually gotten worse. They were here fast, were very polite and professional in all aspects. They walked me through what they were doing informed me on if there were going to be any further issues. Clog Busters to the rescue!! Our old copper drain pipe in the kitchen decided to break during the busiest time of the year for plumbers, but Clog Busters had time to fit us in and fix it very quickly. Austin was very professional and explained everything to me and provided options, then quickly got it handled. I would definitely recommend this company and I, personally, will only be using them in the future. I also really like the option to choose a timeframe for them to call so that you don’t have to wait around all day. I am very satisfied with Clog Busters!

Max was my service tech that came out today to service my drain which is a very old house and was very complicated work. Do not let Max young looks fool you. Max did a incredible job..Very polite, knowledgeable, professional and knows his job. Then had Luke and Kody come out to observe his work and also work on another drain project that is going out that were also very nice a knowledgeable.I have also had Noah and Leo in the past and they were also great!!! Kaylee at office was so nice and sent Max right out. So happy with this company. All very nice and always do a fantastic job!! Recommend this company to do your job.. very happy with the work!!!!!

Austin Logan was a great tech! He came in, listened to all our concerns as we told him about our problem. Walked us through what he was going to do to resolve it and our best course of action. Very knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated the help and his service. Nice guy all around!

I want to thank Rambo and Nick for the excellent service they gave my home repair while I was on vacation.
