Javi and Zach were amazing!
I called in the morning at 10:30AM ( on a sunday too) with not a lot of hope our sewage backup issue will be resolved within the day.
Javi and Zach came around 1:30pm and helped us out.
They were very easy to talk to, did a wonderful job explaining what was wrong with our sewage pipe and took care of the root for us. They were here for almost 5 hours working nonstop. Javi even explained to us what to do in order to prevent this from happening in the future.
We had a great experience with Clog Busters and recommend this company.

We had a broken sewer line at ChaCha's Hiland Bakery, Dave and his team were amazing to work with from start to finish. They came out, dug the hole, got our sewer line repaired and the street was back together in a day. I can't recommend them enough.

Does an amazing job everytime his company comes out to do work on my property very trust worthy would never go anywhere else

We had a water service line burst that served a medical facility and they showed up quickly and only had our service down for 2 hours. This was a day with a -17 wind chill, impressive.

These guys do excellent work and respond quickly. Had an outside faucet corrode 8ft underground and they handled it quickly and for less than the other quotes we received.

I can not say enough about this company when it comes to honesty and fair prices. I can say Bryan has been out several times and saved me on some tough jobs and was a joy to work with and very fair on price!!

Tech. Lake arrived on time and diagnosis the problem quickly and fixed it in 30 minutes. A previous plumber wanted $1400 to repair, but kriens charged 1/4 the price. I will use them again.

We had a real problem with our sump pump and its connection to the storm sewer out to the street. Dave and two of his guys spent the day today fixing the situation. On top of that, they were gentlemen and good guys. We really appreciated the service.

Had the plumber to come look at our toilet because it was leaking from the bottom. We mentioned that we have replaced the wax seal a couple of times, but they decided to double wax it because they couldn't tell what the problem was. We called back and said hey it is still leaking and just proceeded with an I don't know what to tell you. They didn't offer to come look at it to get to the root of the problem or credit back any money. We ended up getting a whole new toilet and that worked, so making what they did useless.

We use Krien's for all our plumbing issues. Bryan is the plumber who has completed the last few jobs for us and is always very honest and thorough with his work. He gives me an idea of cost and goes above and beyond with service. I highly recommend Krien's for any plumbing needs big or small!

They are top notch in their field. Had a home with three separate tenants that needed a sewer main replaced. They deemed it an emergency and were there that day to replace the main. Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs! They go above and beyond the scope of work to ensure client satisfaction.

I have never in my life experienced such rudeness as dealing with TJ or this company. He apparently stopped out to take care of a water box in my sidewalk and I was unable to speak with him when he did it (he never even came to the door) so when I called to inquire about what the problem was so I could understand and maybe not have the problem on the future he was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me. I was confused as I have no idea what set him off but I warn anyone who does business with this company if that is the representation that you will be getting.

All around... great company! I'll use them in the future for sure. Great and genuine customer service especially in this day and age, even decent customer is rare. Weldon rocks! He was nice, courteous, and very professional.

Highly recommend! Brian was my plumber. Came out and knew exactly what the issue was just from talking with me. Found out that it was not a plumbing issue but a drain issue. Referred me to someone and even called and spoke to that Drain company, explained the issue to them and got an appointment set up for me. Super nice, service was amazing and went above and beyond when he didn't have any obligation to do so. I will definitely use them in the future.
