I had two issues with my plumbing. One was leaky pipe and the other was the sink constantly not draining.

The leaky pipe was due to a water line to my dish washer not being sealed and the other was due to my p trap not being sealed. He replaced the p trap and then threw the old one on my lawn and left it there…I had to throw it away after he had left… Then there was the dish washer line. All he did was turn off the water to it and said if you want I can come back, charge me again and fix it.

For the sink that was constantly not draining he asked permission to cut into the wall. I approved it. No big deal. Drywall is an easy fix. He looked at the issue said he could come back, charge me again and fix it. I looked at what he thought might be the issue and I’m no expert but I wasn’t sold that was the issue. Don’t get me wrong, it was an issue but for how much and constantly the sink was backing up this seemed like small potatoes.

So 200 dollars later all I got was trash in my yard. A dish washer that’s still not running and a sink that’s still fully backed up…Not to mention was that the dish washer line he didn’t even catch. I had to grab him as he was writing out the bill and under the sink was still dripping…

The only good thing about my experience was the when you call the office to schedule an appointment. The person answering calls, she was very nice and was very easy to work with.

Brian was my HVAC Tech who did maintenance on my furnace today. He was a very pleasant person to talk with and was very knowledgeable on answering all my HVAC questions. I’ve used Thrasher for years on several different projects, I like the fact that they are family owned and their prices are very reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone for great service and result!

Technical was able to be here about two and a half hours ahead of established time. He took care of the reason for the visit and also an extra little task while he was here.

I am trying out this company to potentially sign a longer term service agreement with on my 5 apartment unit heating/cooling/plumbing needs. So I gave them a try on 1 AC service. First difference from my current provider is Thrashers could get me on the schedule within days, the other provider was weeks. Joe P. Showed up, explained what he was doing, added that most calls he sees is a capacitor that he was going to check and asked permission to change if weak. The guy actually acted excited to be doing his job. Cap was bad and was replaced. I just felt confident Joe did a thorough check. I was afraid I just experienced a unicorn so I wanted to try again since it felt too good to be true. So I called on my home for check up service on my AC to get a second opinion on a diagnosis by my current provider who had challenged my confidence. Chase showed up and I explained my plight with my current un-named provider. He explained what he would do to keep me within my service check price but get as close as he could to confirm or dispel the current providers diagnosis. Chase was a no-nonsense guy but provided me enough technical mumbo jumbo that it was clear he was confident and an expert in what he was doing and saying. Needless to say Joe piqued my interest in a relationship with Thrashers, Chase sealed the deal. I just called and signed up for the year service agreement. Great job guys.

Had a good experience getting the sump pump in my garage back to working. The technician knew his stuff and went the extra mile to make sure everything that could be done was.

New hot water heater installed after we found our old one had a slow leak out of the bottom of the tank. We called on a Wednesday, they were there on Friday. Took a couple hours to do their job and left everything in tip top shape. Great experience. Highly recommend! Merry Christmas to us 😂😂

We had a leak under our shower that leaked into the basement. We were charged $176 and change, and the leak was not found or repaired! We were charged for NOTHING! I thought we would just be charged the trip fee of $75 We will never use Thrasher Service Corp again!!

Called them this morning to fix our A/C, they were able to come right away. Tech (Caleb) was courteous and professional, knew what he was doing, and had parts needed on hand to do the whole job. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, and I'm very happy with the service we received today. I would highly recommend them.

Had an emergency repair needed done. They were here in 30 mins and had the problem fixed soon after. Awesome service!

We called Thrasher’s about a plumbing issue and a service tech was sent out within a few hours. He quickly took care of the issue and offered suggestions for cost savings. We have been loyal customers since 1994. We have never been disappointed with the quality and timelines of service. Thank you for taking care of our home for so many years. I had a new refrigerator delivered yesterday and did not know I needed a plumber to disconnect the copper waterline from the old refrigerator so it could be hauled away. Tiffany was able to send Don that afternoon and he was able to disconnect the old waterline and attach the new one I bought with the ice maker to the new refrigerator. Don was very experienced and efficient. He did a wonderful job and I will recommend Thrasher’s to my friends. Thank you for wonderful service! I have my old refrigerator scheduled to be removed today. Thanks again!

Needed drainage under kitchen sink repiped and corrected. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Ben did an excellent job.

There was a simple neglected maintenance issue on my part that caused a plumbing problem outdoors in Winter.
Thrasher was very prompt and kind in addressing the issue.

It was extremely easy to schedule and I was given an accurate estimate on the phone. The plumber was prompt, friendly and expertly installed our new faucets.

We have done work for thrasher for a long time. In addition, they have worked with our company in a different times replacing and repairing roofs. They have always given us great service in a timely matter. My wife was without air-conditioning. We didn't realize it until Sunday I called Thrashers this morning , Monday morning and they were there by 10:30. Things are up and running and my wife is happy.! Happy wife, happy life😇

The plumbers did an excellent job installing my new sump pump. They were very professional and explained what they were doing. They were very good about cleaning up the area. The pump and installation were very reasonable priced. I would highly recommend Thrasher Service.
