Reviews of local pros in Des Moines, Iowa

Super helpful and professional management team, Alicia was great to work with. The crew worked hard and efficiently, and earned every penny.

I feel I am so lucky to find Prestige Restoration for my roofing replacement. They advised me on the whole process and did exactly what I expected. Everyone worked well together as a team. They respect and care for my property. I am strongly recommended this company to everyone.

Nayeli was great to work with. She made the process very easy and understandable. The crew was done in one day with my roof and then came back to finish the gutters in less than two days! I am very pleased with the work and I am so happy that I gave this company an opportunity… definitely recommend them!

What a breeze it was to work with Prestige Restoration LLC. We hired them because they were recommended by neighbors. And they did not disappoint. We worked with Alicia, who was managing our project. She was efficient,
knowledgeable, and always on time. And she worked with our insurance and made sure they pay for the project. The crew that work on the roof was professional and very efficient. They covered all plants around the house with thick tarp and cleaned up after the roof was finished. It took one day to finish our project.
We highly recommend this team.

Prestige did my roof in the fall. I waited until after the winter to write my review. Prestige fixed my roof in a timely manner, and it looked great. After the winter, no surprises. Never made a claim in 15 years of owning my home. Prestige helped work the insurance company after they wouldn't cover the entire thing (old roof, know your insurance policy). I would highly recommend using Prestige.

Nayeli provided incredible customer service to help get my roof replacement paid for through insurance after a storm and additional worked with her on the install of siding on my garage. I am very happy with the work and I would recommend Prestige Restoration.

Prestige Restoration did an excellent job replacing our roof, gutters, and siding. Alicia was amazing to work with and guided us step by step through the entire process. Her communication was excellent, and she always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. She was there to help us throughout the insurance process, which made everything much easier. In the end, everything was approved by insurance and our home was completely transformed. We highly recommend Prestige Restoration!

Great place and people to work for & with

Great service and friendly on point staff.

Dominating the neighbor’s yard!

What's with the fountain being tied to the pond banks. Is this the forever fix at Redwood Waukee?

Saw them fertilizing a neighbors lawn and could smell it throughout our house from a block away.

Very attentive to your lawn care needs.
Highly recommend them.

This company left a 3 foot tree trunk that they were to cut down to the ground. Not returned my calls.
