They took out the tree in our front yard and left the site completely cleared of all the tree limbs, trunk and leave. Except for the stump you’d never know there had been a tree removed. Nice job!

Central Iowa Outdoors did a great job on our Tree Removal project, they scheduled quick and got the tree done within a matter of days.

CIO Is still here cleaning up but I have hired them in the past. Im always surprised at how expeditiously they execute. Super easy to work with and explains everything so that youre comfortable with the service youre paying for. Will continue to use and recommend them!

After 6 weeks of waiting, I was told that they could not do the work promised. This has caused our fence project to be pushed back significantly and I am in a bind to get in with another company. Couldn't have gone any worse - stay away. I had to call them to find out any information and would most likely would still be in the dark if I had not contacted them.

Nick with Central Iowa Outdoors was here promptly to grind stumps of two trees. He did a great job of that, hauling off the chips and trimmed my oak tree. By evening, everything was cleaned up.

Nick did an awesome job. After another company missed the appointment earlier in the week, he came out the same week I called him. He did a great job, cleaned everything up and accepts Venmo.

I recently had Nic remove a huge tree from my yard, and he did an outstanding job. They really knew their stuff and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable with the process. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left my yard looking great—no mess at all. The price was fair and exactly what they quoted. Very bad experience with Central Iowa Outdoors would not recommend this company, inquired about a tree removal , they sent me an email with a quote , I accepted it . They showed up cut off several branches placed them in my front yard, and then just decided to withdraw from our agreement. I had to contact them to find out what was going on, Nick said the job was bigger than he thought and he couldn’t honor his estimate. I was left with a mess, the branches they cut down I had to dispose of myself. I even offered them a second chance , I asked him what his new estimate would be and that I would be accepting the cheapest bid , they didn’t even bother giving me another estimate , just an email canceling his first offer. If you choose to go with CIO LLC, good luck to you

Today I met the owner of this company with one of his workers while on a job. I was here for pest control and spoke with them about how well of a job they had done with the backyard of this customer. The level of integrity and humbleness between both the owner and the worker was impeccable. After seeing the amount of work they put in to make this backyard look so clean and new was amazing. I asked the owner if he had business cards so I could distribute them to other customers I have to help both the customers I have as well as helping them with more business. The owner dropped what he was doing in order to give me these business cards. Again I am thoroughly impressed with how well of a job they have done and finding a company with this level of integrity is hard to find. I highly recommend this company for all of your tree removal and stump grinding needs.

Another satisfied customer, the concrete work is all good, the driveway is 100% great, better than we expected. The stamping is 9 of 10, and the grading is 9 of 10, good. Jose was a pleasure to work with, listened and installed as requested. Good price, on time, good clean up. Recommended.

Jose' and his team did an amazing job pouring a new mini-golf build for us! They did the forms perfectly and were easy to work with! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a solid team - no matter how big or little the job is!

We had a large patio poured, and they did a terrific job. Very reasonably priced, thorough, high-quality craftsmanship. They came back later to remove the forms and put fresh dirt around. This will be my first call if we have future concrete needs. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the price, quality, and service!

Colin Concrete was very responsive, especially for what I believe is a Sole Proprietor who has to juggle dozens of calls a day. Came out very quickly to measure and had a quote created on the spot. Within a few weeks, the crew was out to replace my sidewalk. They were in and out in a day, then came back a few days later to cut in the relief joints after some cure time. The bill was what we agreed upon. Overall, a very responsive, quick and trustworthy company. A plus rating in my book. Thank you!

They did a 32ftx12ft concrete patio for me. It looks nice. My issue is that I had to chase them down to clean up after the job. They did the whole job on Thursday, which was great, and came back on Friday to clean up, but left an entire pile of rock in my neighbor's yard, left pipes/hoses, and they had severed a power cord in my backyard that led to my garage and didn't even tell me about it. So, I had to call back and have Jose come back out to my property to fix it. But, he didn't bring anything to move the rock, so he said he would come Saturday, then they told me Monday. When I pushed back on them, they finally came out on Saturday. They didn't move the rock, they just kinda patted it down and said "Is it good?" They're a fine company. The price was good. I would monitor them and ensure they clean up before they go.

Colin did a fantastic job on our driveway. We made a portion of it a patio with a colored cobble stone print pattern. It came out nicely. Just what we pictured it would look like. We had some existing stone and brick work that he had to work around. We also had a gate and some stairs that were removed to lay the concrete in the best looking way. He and his team returned and reinstalled everything. We also ended up needing some foundation repair. There were a few issues that we wanted addressed, and Colin came right away and addressed them until we were satisfied. He and his team were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend the quality of his work.
