Reviews of local pros in Des Moines, Iowa

Despite mentioning several times that there is a storm predicted in the afternoon, Colin decided to lay the concrete for my driveway.
He kept saying it will not be an issue. Just as they were pouring the last section of the driveway, it started to pour, leaving several rain marks on the concrete.
Overall it was not a pleasant experience. The company has skilled workers but I would give the owner poor marks for communication. I had to ask him if I need to water the concrete daily or how long I could not drive on it. He never bothered to mention any of these.
I now have a driveway with rain marks and poor finish. Not the kind of driveway I had asked for.

Jose and his crew replaced my driveway the results were amazing we recommend Colin concrete to anyone.

Excellent experience! After calling for a quote Jose actually showed up later that afternoon and gave a very competitive quote for a concrete patio. He also filled in some areas with rock in my backyard. Within 1 week his crew came out and poured a fantastic looking stamped concrete patio. Would highly recommend using Colin Concrete for any of your concrete needs!

Jose gave us a quick estimate, came to complete the work on time and on budget (per estimate. The crew was polite and hard working. Clean language and professional. And clean up at the end was 1st class. Thank you.

Awesome service, good price came when they said they would. Really happy.
Thank you, Bill

José and his crew repaired concrete steps that were cracking/missing chunks of material. The new steps look amazing and we are very happy with the quality of the work.

I am absolutely satisfied with the project from start to finish. Colin employees are hard working no nonsense kind of guys.

Jose came out the same day I requested to give a quote and that night I had a written quote. After confirming his crew was out within two weeks to get started. This was our first time hiring something like this and everything went fantastic! Thanks again

I am a commercial superintendent and had an issue with a Paint booths pit. I called these guys. They were able to meet my schedule and price they came, and did the demolition in one day came in the next day formed everything up, poured everything and knocked it out of the park. And they did more with fewer guys than a bigger crew did with three times the crew

Jose was super quick to respond to my request for a quote! He came out to our home to give said quote the next day. He offered a great price and set a project start date of early June. Lo-and-behold he actually started and completed the project before the end of May! The team even installed underground drains to assist with safety and a great facade! We could not have asked for a better experience. We will be referring Colin Concrete Des Moines LLC to anyone who asks us for a concrete company in the future!

After having Colin Concrete do a high quality job on our sidewalk squares, we asked them to replace our walkway to the front porch. They did a great job!

They did a great job on our patio! The quote was reasonable and the turnaround time from quote to project completion was really quick—less than a week. We’d use again for future concrete needs and would recommend to others.

We called and set up a time for an estimate. We chose our stamped concrete design and color. Received the estimate, set up a date, and everything was completed timely. We are so happy with the results!

Jose came out the same day to give me a quote and it was very reasonable. Very hard working, nice guys and cleaned up after they were finished. Definitely recommend Colin Concrete

The guys at Colin concrete did some work for me below my deck. They gave me a great price, started in time and finished on time. I will be using them again. Very professional and experienced. Highly recommend.

Reasonably priced. Took our dirt and gravel drive and paved it along with a walk way to our door. They were polite and professional. One day work and then let the concrete set. Quality product.

A friend recommended this company to me, as they were very satisfied with the work they received from this business. I was totally impressed with the super fast response for a no pressure (very reasonable) quote and super fast "Two Day" turn around for the old asphalt driveway removal and new concrete driveway and sidewalk to be completed. Jose and his entire crew were very friendly and courteous and worked non stop like a well oiled machine, they all did a first class job. I highly recommend Colin Concrete. Thank you Jose and your team!

I was so happy to get my new patio! They were quick to schedule my project and it was all done within a week, very happy with color and flagstone pattern.
