When I called about our refrigerator repair, I let them know what the issue was and what part was very likely broken. I was happy they could come out that same afternoon. But when they came they didn’t have any parts it needed which required another trip to the parts store which cost us more paying for another trip. While removing the broken part, a valve broke in the process which required another trip, but they couldn’t come back til the end of the week. Thankfully we could still use the frig in the mean time. They said they didn’t charge extra for the labor but we did have to pay for the part which was over $100.00. The technician, Brandon was good to work with, polite, and friendly. I just felt the cost was more than it should have been and the repair took longer than expected to finish.

Michael is courteous, knowledgeable, honest, patient and respectful. He also is incredibly conscientious about any work he does and cleaning up after. I would highly recommend him.

Customer service was excellent! Same day appointment. Paul is an excellent technician. He fixed our washer fast! Really knows what he’s doing. Would highly recommend Greens.
