Contacted Greens Appliance Repair to fix my Whirlpool Duet Washer. I setup the appointment online. It was scheduled within 2 days. Greens contacted me within 15 minutes to confirm it was not an emergency. Brandon arrived early for the appointment. Quickly diagnosed the problem and cost estimate to repair. He quickly repaired it and cleaned up the mess. Could not have gone better. I will continue to use them for repairs.

Caleb did a fine job. He was actually very thorough, perhaps more so than some of the other techs.

He installed a corrosion bomb priced at $308. A little less as a customer. I looked it up after it was installed and saw that unit for $66.15 for the 3/4 inch copper pipe. That was a pretty good markup. I have always been very pleased with Greene Appliance. Reps are kind and very helpful. They are never pushy. I just wish I had looked first before having the grenade installed.

This young man was very helpful to me. I asked him if he took care of the humidifier on the furnace. I told him that I had been trying to work on it, but was having trouble finding the sylinoid that controls the water. He said that he had one and could replace it. I said that I had replaced it before and I didn’t want to pay the extra money. I decided that he was here and could get it done right away and I wouldn’t haven’t to keep searching for it. Second time I have had Mike P. Out for service. He does an excellent job. The best service I have ever received. Mike goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly.

My fridge died and I needed a technician to come look at it. It was so easy and convenient to book the appointment online. The communication around when the tech would arrive was fantastic. Paul, from Greens Appliance was found the issue right away. He was respectful of my home and appliances. I can see why Greens gets such high ratings and I'm glad they sent Paul to fix the issue I was having with my wash machine. I will definitely use their services again for my other appliances.

From the phone call requesting the service to the actual service call to my home to repair my washing machine(same day), I had the best experience. The phone person(John, I think?) was so efficient and friendly. Then Brian(who came out to my home) was also efficient and friendly. Plus, he answered all my questions(very knowledgeable). He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and even gave me some maintenance tips for some other appliances. I will definitely call them again!

I had the serviceman come out for a furnace tune-up. The gentleman’s name was Brent. He was very professional and friendly. He cleared up any questions I had and explained everything to me. I have always been satisfied with Heartland service and will continue to use their services in the future.

We’ve been using Heartland Heating and Cooling for 5 years now and recommend them to everyone! They service our units twice a year to make sure everything is in working order. We recently got new AC and furnace and we were very pleased with that - everything from scheduling, financing and install went smoothly. Jeremy gave very detailed information on what was wrong with the furnace and showed me a picture of the problem. He repaired the problem quickly and evaluated the AC, to make sure it was working. He was respectful of the property by taking his shoes off before walking through the house, and without being asked. He was very good at educating me on what was wrong with the air conditioning as well and how the two are tied together. I highly recommend Jeremy.

Had issues with my ancient furnace a year prior. They came and fixed it then. A year later and it was time to replace it as it had finally given out. From initial consultation to completion- all staff, servicemen, and salesmen were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and helpful. They did a great job all the way around. The follow up after the work was completed has been great. They were recommended by 2 others I know and it's been money well spent.
