They were prompt, courteous and did a great job of installing new toilets in our home. We were very pleased with their work and how they cleaned up when they were finished. We would highly recommend them if you need any plumbing work done.

I won't recommend them to anyone, they left a huge mess and a damn hole in my wall. After they first came to look at the leak I had to wait 3 weeks for them to come back and fix it. There was no communication from them, I called several times and they just told me nothing, I had to take time off of work so they could come work on my house and they were a no show so I had to take more time off for them.

Goering did a great job. They sent a really nice guy after hours who knew how to fix my air conditioner fast. It was a perfect experience. My family liked him so much that they all agreed that I should always call Goering and I will!

Have been using Goering for several years to do whole house plumbing repairs and updating as well as hvac work for houses that I completely refurb. Some Contractors wont even touch these types of projects as they might involve older homes with lathe/plaster and hardened joists. They always take on the challenges ! From replacing stop boxes to vanity installs they do it all

I took leave to go see my family for Christmas caused I am stationed in Virginia and today I had to hear this interaction. The woman in the video is my mom. This company came out to fix a leak behind the washer. In the process of them making the repair the left some dents on top (very minute) but this washer was brand new from bestbuy, installed the day prior. We had called them and brought this to their attention and they bring Kevin the GM. The loud bang in the video was him throwing his phone on our washer to "prove a point". Overall, this interaction was very rude and belittling. They failed to take accountability. Would not recommend this company for anything. I also included the video where one of the gentlemen use the washer to lean on and place tools on top. I do not think they did it intentionally but the way the GM took care of it was really disappointing and rude.

When I called about our refrigerator repair, I let them know what the issue was and what part was very likely broken. I was happy they could come out that same afternoon. But when they came they didn’t have any parts it needed which required another trip to the parts store which cost us more paying for another trip. While removing the broken part, a valve broke in the process which required another trip, but they couldn’t come back til the end of the week. Thankfully we could still use the frig in the mean time. They said they didn’t charge extra for the labor but we did have to pay for the part which was over $100.00. The technician, Brandon was good to work with, polite, and friendly. I just felt the cost was more than it should have been and the repair took longer than expected to finish.

Michael is courteous, knowledgeable, honest, patient and respectful. He also is incredibly conscientious about any work he does and cleaning up after. I would highly recommend him.

Customer service was excellent! Same day appointment. Paul is an excellent technician. He fixed our washer fast! Really knows what he’s doing. Would highly recommend Greens.

We had not used Greens before today, but I was very impressed. Communication was great from start to finish. Mike knew what the problem was and was able to fix it quickly. Very professional. We also ended up buying a new refrigerator from them, and the process was very smooth. I would highly recommend Greens.

HIGHLY recommend Greens appliance repair and specifically Mike P! When our refrigerator stopped working, we called Greens and were able to get an appointment quickly. Mike P. diagnosed, repaired and had it up and running in no time. Mike was knowledgeable, kind and explained everything thoroughly, showing us exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. Michael from Greenes just left from a biannual maintenance check on our 6 month of furnace. He was incredibly punctual and clear about what he needed to do and even went out to his truck to get a filter so that we could get that replaced as well. He taught me about our air conditioner in our furnace, and I appreciated his time and effort.

Never buy a washer from Greens! Our washer broke 12/20/25 after owning for under a year - had two weeks left on the warranty. Today is 1/14/26 and we are still without a functioning washer, and they aren’t projecting repair until the end of January. We have 4 kids in our home - I have spent over $300 and countless hours at the laundromat! The Greens salesman said this was the best washer for our family - I wish I wouldn’t have listened!

Our service technician Quest was very helpful and professional. This was our first experience with Greens and are impressed with the work and costs. We will call again when we need another service!
