Had a fantastic experience with ProRestore and Kent Bily. Kent and their team was very responsive and worked through to completion and did a fantastic job with some water issues that we had. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Working with Kent Billy and his team was amazing. My basement was flooded and they were efficient, professional and respectful. I would never use anyone else.

What a positive experience! The exhaust fan in the lower level bathroom was leaking water. An examination of the area showed severe water damage with a clear presence of black mold. Correspondence with the builder led to complete frustration until it was agreed to allow ProRestore DKI to make an assessment of the damage and the cause of the water damage so mitigation could begin. From that point on, a methodical approach was taken to tear out the damaged ceiling, replace the exhaust fan, reinstall drywall and then to paint. Nothing but professionalism through the entire project!

Kent and his team saved me when I was in a crisis. Very responsive and prompt all the way through the process of dealing with a leak in the ceiling. They dried, tore out and replaced the damaged areas. Definitely reach out to if you have an emergency!

So thankful for the services they provided in cleaning my aunts apartment. There was a mess I won't describe and would never want to clean myself and they took care of it. They were easy to work with and very professional. Their prices were also the best I could find.

Working with Miranda who is helping with Insurance. This company is very thorough and followed through on all issues related to my basement flood. They went above what I expected to help me. I have a new sewer line so this will not happen again but I give a high recommendation to anyone who experiences fire or flood.

Suffered major damage due to external fire sprinkler line breakage. ‘Mack’ McKeever and his crew managed , supervised and performed the restoration of project while I was 1200 miles away. Mack kept me in loop during the restoration of my condo. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again, Mack!

Thank you so much Servpro! Their team did a great job, and I'm very happy with the outcome. I was so worried everyone would be jacking up their prices with all the demand in Ankeny due to the flooding, but you all were wonderful and fair. I tried calling about a dozen places and half didn't answer and had full mailboxes, and the other half never returned my phone calls. This was so stressful to try and take care of (while on vacation) but they made the process better by being on top of it. Again, thank you so much.

Excellent service! Called them to get our carpets cleaned, look brand new and our home smells fresh. Techs are friendly professional.

Just moved into new construction. Air vents were very dusty . SERVPRO did an amazing job of cleaning our air vents. The dust storm has subsided! We do not have to dust twice a day anymore! Now it is the normal dust routine. Customer service was great! Great communication!

All the work was done very well. The subcontractors were all very pleasant and got the job (ceiling and wall repair, new floors, painting) done right the first time. They also fixed the toilet for us when they reset it.

Had a water leak from kitchen to bedroom below. Darrick and Jena were great to work with. Ensured the affected areas were dried and anti mold product was used. Will use NW serve pro again if needed.

My sewer backed up on Sunday and there was a mess in my lower level bathroom - on the floor, in the tub and the sink and toilet! SERVPRO was here today to clean up the mess for me! I can't say enough good things about the terrific job done by the two very nice men who were here to clean and sanitize everything! They were so polite and respectful and I am so pleased with the work they did! I would definitely use SERVPRO again!

I’m absolutely dumbfounded for what this franchise has done to my family and I. Knowing I have a 2 month old baby boy, they decided to “let me go” because of a decision that has nothing to do with me. I have pour sweat, blood, and tears for this franchise and this is how they repay me. I would not recommend using this Servpro at all.
