    We had Been referred by our home warranty company and there was a mix up with the work order. Kyle was rude, argumentive and didn't even look at the electric outlet. Then had the audacity to lie to AHS and submitted a diagnosis claim for services that he didn't even complete. Said we had an 1800 watt space heater plugged in that caused the outlet to be damaged. We don't own any space heaters!!!! The man didn't even move past the entry way of the living room, was in my home for all of 4 minutes and left. When I reached out he acted as if he was out of the office and would call me back once he was back in office. I'm not waiting anymore. Lies and deception and terrible service. Facts are facts. Don't trust Kyle!!!!!
