Excellent experience from start to finish. Alexis kept communication throughout the project and was upfront about possible overages due to the landscape. He provided suggestions to keep the cost down and stayed within the original estimate. We chose to expand the project scope based on their performance and quality. The work started quickly allowing us to move up the schedule for garage construction. The crew kept the area orderly and cleaned up well at completion. We are already considering additional projects with Top Tier Construction.

They made extra efforts to squeeze in one last job before winter… I am so happy with the results, still have to apply the sealant when temperatures go up again, but I already can tell it will look amazing!!! Alexis and his team were great to work with. Our estimate was detailed and all questions were answered before we signed the contract. There was no pressure. Even though our job was small, we felt just as important as a larger project. Due to weather conditions they were able to complete our job ahead of schedule. Alexis and his crew did a wonderful job, with fulling a dream for us. We simply gave him the idea we wanted with our patio and sidewalk and they made something we still can’t believe!! Communication with Alexis was great, they were very respectful of the rest of our property, very prompt and just a wonderful company to work with. Denovo initially helped us on a school facilities assessment. Through this assement, our school district ultimately decided to pursue a new build vs. remodel of one of our campuses.
