A few days ago we went downstairs to our basement and found water everywhere. We called Premier Restoration after they were recommended by a friend and they arrived in less than an hour to take care of my damage. The crew was extremely professional and courteous they removed the water and setup all of the equipment to start drying the basement. The whole process was explained and Premier Restoration was very professional they walked us through the process and made this stressful experience a walk in the park I highly recommend Premier Restoration to anyone else experiencing water damage.

I had a sump pump stop working and flooded my basement. I called a few companies and the guys at Premier Restoration seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional. They told me exactly what needed to be done. They arrived quickly and cleaned and removed everything that was damaged. NO JOB TOO SMALL for Premier restoration of Wichita. Even though it was a tiny job Of sewage leakage on the Basement floor and Wall about 4‘ x 3‘., they cheerfully took us on. They came the next very Next day. They also noted the water tank valve was loose and tightened it. We are Convinced of their Knowledge and competence. We can rest easy that there is no harmful bacteria Or fungus growing in our basement. They were courteous and professional.Thank you, Justin

I cannot give Premier Restoration enough praise for what they did to help me. I called them in a panic after my house had water damage. Justin arrived and answered all of my questions and was very kind throughout the ordeal. Fans and dehumidifiers were left to get everything dry and make sure I didn’t get mold.
