After finding our dishwasher leaking through our kitchen floor into our basement at almost midnight, Premier Restoration was the first company I reached out to for assistance. Not only did Justin answer my call late at night, he provided a comprehensive understanding of what was needed to fix our situation. Throughout our entire remediation process he kept us informed and put our minds at ease knowing the level of expertise he was providing. I would 100% percent recommend Premier Restoration to anyone needing water, fire, and mold repairs!

We had a minor leak into our laundry room and reached out to this company for advice. Justin, the owner, answered right away and came to the house within an hour and was incredibly kind, honest, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through our options and helped us decide on the best course of action — all without any pressure and at no charge. It’s rare to find that level of integrity and customer care. We’re very grateful for his time and would absolutely recommend them!

As a first time homeowner, I'm often worried about what could go wrong and unsure of how to move forward. I'm an anxious person!! I can confidently say that Justin has made the mold remediation process as easy as it could have been. He came by once we noticed some water damage and took extra care to check areas that we hadn't even thought about, and explained what the potential next steps could be. It really felt like I had an extended relative explaining how to live in a house, which I was so thankful for. I was kind of dreading having people in our home and trusting them to rip up our floors and walls, but Justin was so careful and kept us informed every step of the way and allowed us to make decisions that we felt comfortable with. He was easy to communicate with, so knowledgable, and so kind. They even do an air test and walk you through the results for peace of mind. Even though we hope we never have to deal with something like this again, we would without a doubt contact Justin for any of our future needs. This process was SO MUCH less stressful with Premier Restoration!
Edit: I forgot to add that Justin literally found 2-3 potentially giant costly issues in our house that weren't even related to what we originally called him for!! Saved us such a headache in the future and genuinely cares so much. So much attention to detail and so much knowledge and kindness. Ryan was also amazing and so detailed. These are such hardworking folks that took care of our home every step of the way. -

Trash everywhere! As we walked the paths looking at the various trees we saw pop bottles & Chinese food containers, along with all sorts of othe debree everywhere. I tripped over some string lights that were laying on the ground beside some trees that tipped over. The whole time, the workers were sitting up front. It wasn't until they started getting busy that they got up. We did finally have a young lady ask if we needed help right before we left. We weren't impressed & probably won't waste our time going back.

Treescapes put in new sod in our backyard. The whole team knew what they were doing and it looks great. This is the third house where they've put in sod for us and it's always a good experience. If you want your landscaping done right you can trust Dave and the team at Treescapes.

David Martine is an exceptional contractor! A rarity in the Wichita area. He did an outstanding job on my pool, is responsive to questions and personally worked several Sundays to get the pool up and running by 4 July, only 4 weeks after he started. Highly recommend him!

Horrible experience with the staff, incomplete order, and lack of communication. 100% do not recommend
— edit after the owners response- I’m Mr Anaya’s wife who I was very kind and respectful and was told by I’m assuming the owner to “get the hell off his property” I ordered a nice table and chairs and was shorted two swivel chairs. On our delivery where I and my husband helped unload the full table, chairs, and two $1,000 flower pots, I told a lady i ordered the swivel chairs from she mentioned the order was wrong but would make it right if we paid $80. We said okay. We asked and asked over the period of 2 months - WITH US CHASING AN ANSWER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. We still had no answer until my husband had to call 3 times. Once we finally got an answer he was rightfully so upset he was angry and had to get aggravated with a sales associate (who was less than helpful the whole time.) I’m still short after SHERRY PROMISED me my swivel chairs if we picked them up ourselves. Once we did the owner yelled at us and told us he’s not giving us what was PROMISED. Once I get my swivel chairs I will call it even. I was promised this product if we picked it up and once we went to pick it up was treated like a POS not someone who paid $7,500 of product. No one sold us anything. We picked out our set and got a cashiers check in 30 minutes. I’m all about local business until you have trash service. Give me my swivel chairs AS PROMISED and we can be over this issue. We work at a business of $100K employees and until this is resolved (over $80) we will make sure nobody shops here. We just want to do good business and this is BS. Make right on this and we won’t bomb your business with negativity. All we wanted was good service and what was promised. -
I went in a few months ago to check out their flower pots and patio furniture. On my way there, I knew I was going to purchase something and planned on spending $10K for quality merchandise....nobody had to sell me anything because my mind was set. I picked out 2 pots and a beautiful 10 seater table and chairs. They did not have 2 if the regular chairs, and 2 of the swivel chairs we wanted had to be ordered and were told it would be a week until they came in. I did not haggle on price, all I asked was they deliver for free since I live 2 blocks away. Their products are SO marked up, that they “threw in” a 20% discount bringing it down to around $7500. Keep in mind, I did not ask for this. I would’ve been happier paying the 20% difference and getting great service. I left, went and got a cashiers check and bought everything in about a 30 minute timeframe.
When delivery day came, they sent a smaller older gentleman and a woman dressed nice in boots and office attire to deliver my stuff. The stuff I bought was massive...there was no way in hell this lady was going to be helpful unloading anything. Not just that, I wasn’t going to make her do this so I unloaded it....not what I paid for and the not the proper preparation on the sellers part. Afterwards, I asked about the status of the balance of my order and she said it would be in next week. She proceeded to tell me that there must have been some confusion because they did not ring me up for the swivel chairs I wanted, but that they would order them and it was an $80 difference. I said that was fine and that I would pay it. I had no problem paying the difference when their incompetent sales person Monica screwed up and didn’t ring me up properly. Not to mention the fact that I had just spent $7500. But I didn’t argue.
A month and a half goes by, and I haven’t heard from anyone on the balance of my order. So I call in to check and I’m told it would be a week. 2 weeks go by and I call back, told it would be another week. I was never called and updated as should have been done. Instead I had to chase them around to get the balance of my order. Finally, I get a call earlier this week from Monica and told my stuff is in and I can come get it and pay my $80. I asked why 1. They wouldn’t deliver it and 2. Why she’s haggling me over $80. I just spent thousands of dollars, had to unload my own stuff on the first delivery, and have had to chase them constantly to get the balance of my order. She said she would call me right back to see about delivering. SHOCKER! She never called me back. I called later that day and talked to a real gem of a manager, Sherry and she told me to come get my stuff and that it wasn’t free to deliver. Like it was my fault they didn’t have the product when I bought it and couldn’t drop my 4 chairs off 2 blocks away sometime this week and that in exchange for the $80 difference if I picked my stuff up they would eat the $80.
I went to pickup and some fat bald guy stood there and told me to get off his property. They gave me 4 chairs and told me they would not give me the swivel chairs I wanted and to leave.
The moral of this story is that when you spend that much money, you expect premium service. The second I handed them my money, I was kicked to the curb because they got what they wanted and they didn’t care about service. Monica is a HORRIBLE sales person. Didn’t have to sell me anything, just needed to push buttons and ring me up properly...but apparently that was too difficult. She doesn’t deserve a dime off of the commission of my order. I had taken a brochure home and had designed an outdoor kitchen I was going to have them make that was another easy $15K but I will never go back, and I will tell the 500 people I work with to not step foot in this trash establishment. It’s unfortunate because the quality of their product is great (even though its outrageously priced and obviously marked up) but the service is horrible. You spend that kind of money, you shouldn’t have to do someone else’s job. -
Treescape's completed our pool, water feature, cabana, landscaping , and selection of outdoor furniture. They have everything you need. The process was clear and simple. The project was completed on time with no issues. Every employee was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. This is a one stop shop.

Treescapes did our new lawn and sprinkler system. We had a pipe crack on our sprinklers about 6 months out and could not run our system for a week as they were too busy to fix this as it is under warranty. The technician that came out to finally repair said they used a thin Schedule pipe and they replaced with the correct size.
I get a bill for 112 $ later as they said it us for the service call. I informed them it is under warranty. They sent another bill before years end with no response, no call and the owner hides.
DO NOT-use this company as they do not stand behind their work and have no time to respond or honor their warranty.
Poor company- poor workmanship abs lastly even an owner who does not care to even return a call to discuss.
One star is too much to give actually! -
Not only do they have plenty of decor for the yard. They also do awesome work designing and decorating your yard to your likes & desires. Very friendly and professional staff.

This was the landscaping company that was chosen for me through my builder. I wish they would've chosen someone else. First off, they don't give you details on why they're charging you $25,000 for landscaping. No itemized statement that describes the labor or material cost. It's just a magical number they pull out of a hat and tell you that's how much it's going to cost before they get started. No price breakdown for each component. I told them I need details and a cost breakdown before things get started. I was ignored and they proceeded to continue the landscape work.
They try to upsell you with a variety of different trees and plants and if you say no, they will treat you like you're low priority on their list. The people who came and laid the original sod in my backyard did a horrible job. There were so many gaps and a lot of spots didn't align with each other. We were told, "oh those will fill in on their own and the grass will grow". Three months later and we still see the lines between each section. The roots never took hold and the sections of grass never grew together. Because of this, we winded up having so many brown spots in our backyard. When we warned them this would happen, they didn't take any accountability. They blamed it on "subcontractors walking on the lawn". On top of this, they planted two dead Kelsey Dwarf Dogwoods in our front yard and said that's how they're supposed to look and will grow back on their own. Why would I want dead plants from the get-go? I paid for brand new plants not dead plants. I have pictures and everything documented to prove this. I addressed all of my issues and concerns with this company in hopes that they would make it right, but they don't take accountability once they have your money. This is why I'm leaving a 1 star review, because I received 1 star service. -
Contracted them for a backyard "hardscaping" project. Project was planned in person, on sight, and Treescapes was provided detailed project drawings. However, when it came time to execute they had poor internal and external communication and coordination about most aspects of the project. Workers often lacked leadership and oversight, requiring customer intervention on multiple occasions to prevent incorrect installation and fix problems they created due to poor coordination. The project was eventually completed to customer satisfaction, but required far more oversight and "hand-holding" than was appropriate for what I paid. The tradecraft of the workers seemed adequate, however a language barrier contributed to communication problems at times. Would not recommend.
