Justin is very honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was very fair with his pricing and I highly recommend him for any remediation. He went above and beyond what we expected and worked extra hours on a Saturday just to get the job done.

Justin and his team are awesome. We had a fire in the middle of a construction project and he pretty much took over and finished the whole job for us. Contentious, efficient and attention to the little details that picky people like me notice. I wish I could hire him for other projects. I recommend him if you want a job done quickly and with high standards!

Justin was great! Premier restoration was very quick in responding and quickly after contacting him, he arrived out at my house for mitigation and quickly dried up the water damage done in the basement. Great quality equipment and very personable guy! He will do his best to make sure you are satisfied with the job he does!

What a fantastic team to work with to get the job done!! Called and spoke with Justin about possible mold in my crawl space that I had found after buying my home. Justin reassured that he will come out and find a quick solution to remedy the mold issue. Justin then came out a few days later gave me a quote that worked with the budget I had! The communication from Justin was absolutely incredible, always informed me with the steps they were doing next. He had even gone out of his way to find plumbing problems that I was not aware of. If your in search of a great restoration and a great team to work with. Don't over look this great company!!

We had a great experience with Premier Restoration after we had a pipe burst in our Kitchen. The guys arrived quickly and walked us through what needed to be done to prevent mold and save all of our cabinets, which we were very thankful for. We had used another company years ago and didn't have a great experience. The difference was huge. This company is very knowledgeable and Justin is a real professional. Justin and Ryan were an incredible team to work with remediating our mold problem in the attic and crawlspace. They are very passionate about the work that they do and I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking for remediation services!

First off I would like to advise anyone purchasing a new home to have Justin and his team be the first people to do an air quality test and inspection on their new home. If I had done this I would have saved myself the big cost of an additional home inspection company who likely won’t see the things he and his team see. Secondly, I cannot say enough about how helpful, kind and knowledgeable Justin and his team are. Justin has helped us with multiple projects at hour home, and mold remediation (some nothing some larger areas) and is always honest and reasonable. I am very overprotective of my home and my kids health and he has never been anything but kind and reassuring. It can definitely be stressful when dealing with these sensitive issues especially when it comes to your health. There are many companies in town that remediate mold but only trust their visual judgment. He will come and test for mold, remediate the problem and verify it is solved with scientific evidence to back up his removal process. I will never trust my home and families health with anybody but him and his team and sincerely appreciate everything Premier Restoration has done to restore our health and home to a safe place to live.

I am grateful Justin was patient & willing to explain the necessary action needed to remedy the problem. He was thorough and very customer service oriented. When we found a suspicious spot in my son’s new home we were very concerned about mold as my son has a lot of allergy issues. We started researching and everyone we called were 2 weeks out or more. When I finally reached Justin he was so helpful and reassuring that he would make us a priority and made it out just a few days later!! He was super knowledgeable and educated us about mold which eased our anxiety and concern regarding finding mold in the home. He got to work right away and was diligent in determining what was truly mold and what was not as not to charge us to remediate areas unless it was CONFIRMED mold. Justin was kind and knowledgeable and got our issue resolved quickly and thoroughly at a fair price. Justin communicated well with us so we were always well aware of cost and timing. He completed all the environmental testing and removal quickly and effectively AND helped us find a plumber and foundation resource to resolve the leak. You won't find anyone better than Justin and Ryan. The attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond is an extremely rare thing nowadays. We not only had our ice maker leaking but also our washer and dryer. They took care of it in a heart beat and were transparent every step of the way. We also found out in the process of him inspecting the basement ceiling for mold that our dryer was shooting lint out of the pipe.

This is a pair of guys that genuinely care and are not going to cut corners just to get to the next client. They are both amazing people on a personal level with an expert level knowledge in mold, water, and fire remediation.

No need to look any further. We will 100% be using Premier Restoration going forward and recommending them to anyone who has a similar need.
