New customer here. Pierpoint handled stump grinding and a mow on my property, and I came away satisfied. The work was solid, the crew was professional, and the job got done without hassle. For the vast majority of homeowners, this is the kind of service you'd be happy to come home to. Update: if I could give 0 stars I would. Austin texts me saying he called on 2 dates and that he left a message on one. I sent back a SS of the call log and voicemail log, nada, zip, nothing. He can lie to himself all he wants, but he can't pull a fast one on me. Absolutely garbage. At this point, I urge everyone to steer clear.

Used his service at the recommendation of my neighbor but just beyond disappointed. Had him last year and I have been texting since March about services only to be ignored. To every one reply from Austin, I had to text or call 2 or three times. It's always been like this, I have texts to prove this. He forgot my house for the for the spring application and my literal next door neighbor is getting his irrigation done today, but not mine, because we were forgotten once again. That was my last straw. Unless you've been a longtime buddy of this guy, don't expect to be a priority or even a minority. Expect to be ignored.

The SolarEdge solar/battery systems they installed for me years ago have run perfectly ever since. The battery has maintained critical systems through full-day outages. Very pleased with the product and the work.
