We had our master bathroom remodeled in July, and soon after the shower began to leak. A few days later, I was shocked to find water pouring into our basement. Skyler and Eryk came out within just a few hours of our call, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it on the spot.

Unfortunately, the leak had already spread into the basement closet and bedroom, damaging the ceiling, walls, and even ruining two lights. While working, they also discovered an issue with our HVAC system’s plumbing—something that explained why we had to replace the air conditioner motor in our new home last year.

Scooter Plumbing & Mechanical handled every plumbing problem they found. Although they couldn’t address the non-plumbing damage (lights, ceiling, walls), they connected us with a restoration company to take care of those repairs. Their responsiveness, thoroughness, and attention to detail gave us real peace of mind during a very stressful situation.

Eryk and his apprentice came out to look at my 70's shower that was leaking and I couldn't find replacement parts for it. Firstly, they're both very personable, friendly and professional! I asked so many questions and Eryk was very patient and knowledgeable. They both went above and beyond for my situation and I very much appreciate it. I would highly recommend. I am more than pleased with the expertise, the courtesy and the quality of repairs I received. Eryk and Co. came out on a Monday to fix the water shut off valve on my toilet and did an excellent job. I wanted to monitor the repair because water was leaking into my basement at the exact same area. 2 totally different issues so I set up an appointment for Wednesday. Eryk called that morning because he was under the weather and explained Josh would be out. Josh and Co. replaced the old probably, original pipe(my house was built in the 50's) and it was beautiful. The original looked scary actually. Excellent job on both service calls. Both crews were so nice and explanatory. Jennifer who took my calls was amazing. I've know I've found my new plumber!

We just bought our first home and the valves to our washer were leaking. Once we called to schedule service, they were able to fix the problem quickly and for a great cost. We appreciate their help and some knowledge they gave us about the plumbing system in our new home!

Josh and Jayden came out to fix a water leak we had. They got here same day and within the hour they had purchased the parts needed and fixed our leak! They even originally quoted us more than they ended up charging us because they got done so fast! These guys are so friendly explaining the issue we had and what they needed to do to repair the problem. Did I mention they are family owned!? We will be 100% using them in the future and suggest you do as well!

The guys came earlier than the time I was scheduled. They were quick, professional, knowledgeable and very polite. They were actually finished by the original start time. I'm very pleased with their service.

They were super responsive and came over right away to work on a project. They were fast, efficient, and were able to explain the system. We've been waiting since covid to find somebody willing work on this particular situation. This type of responsiveness is refreshing.

Skylar with Sooter responded quickly and professionally in the middle of the night when another unit in our commercial space had its water pipe burst in the middle of a winter storm. Glad he got everything taken care of so quickly.

There’s no worse feeling than prepping for Thanksgiving then hearing the drains gurgle. Went outside and found the main drain line clogged! Despite it being Thanksgiving, Skyler came out and quickly got the clog cleared in time to still spend time with my family. I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for his services…especially on a holiday when he could have easily said wait till tomorrow.

The gentleman they sent was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is they don’t tell you the price of the service until they show up and they charge more than 2 times the price of the normal plumbing company we use. It was $336.00 to clear a clogged sink drainline.

Jayden and Josh were extremely polite and friendly, and knowledgeable, and most importantly, were able to resolve our plumbing issue that another company hadn't, and clear a several year old pipe obstruction! From the first call in, we were communicated with every step of the way, walked through what the next steps and cost would be, and messaged when the technicians were on the way. Had an emergency plumbing issue late Sunday night. Called multiple plumbers but Sooters was the only one that was willing to help. Clayton showed up and took care of the problem. Highly recommend them and will be contacting them if I have any future problems.

Sooter Plumbing was able to get a technician out the day of my call. Josh and his apprentice were professional, knowledgeable and upfront about the work needing to be completed. Josh even moved around his schedule the next day to fit us in, so we could have a working shower again. I highly recommend Sooter and will use them for any of my plumbing needs on the future.

Skyler and his team are professional, knowledgeable, reliable and transparent. From the estimate to the finished job, we were advised of the work and costs to be completed.
