Chem-Dry of Wichita keeps our carpets looking new and without the lengthy drying process of other cleaning processes. When we've needed different rooms cleaned or pet stain problems addressed, we always call Chris at Chem-Dry.

Is there a zero? Very disappointed in most recent experience. My appointment, made a month in advance, was missed. The technician showed up and said he could not do the cleaning. No contact, or apology or follow up from the company. When contacted, I was first told they would apply the scheduled discount to a previously completed cleaning and provide a refund. Followed up again, "what you didn't receive the check?", then the next follow up, "the owner needs to sign some paperwork", then a personal emergency. Six weeks later, still no response. I have used them for 15 years or more. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Even a phone call would have gone a long way.

I scheduled my service about a month in advance. I was given a confirmation email the morning before. That evening about 8 PM I received a text asking me if i could move my 830 AM appointment tomorrow to 10AM. Unfortunately I could not. I was then texted again at 7 AM saying they couldn't find a technician to do my service and would have to cancel me. They wanted to give me a 30% discount and reschedule me, which I said fine. I was never contacted to reschedule.

So glad I called ChemDry. Chris did an excellent job. We are quite pleased with the results, no more pet odors, and the carpet looks remarkable, and no soggy carpet afterward. Perfect!

As a Realtor I have recommended Chem Dry to all my clients needing carpet and floor cleaning services. They always do a fantastic job in a timey manner with a smile on their face. They will always be my "go to" company when the need calls for carpet cleaning.

Awful customer service! Don't complain or you will NEVER hear from them again. They did the Pet Urine Removal Treatment, and after two separate visits and over a month of drying, the carpet smells WORSE than before we started. When we contacted them to ask for a re-do or a refund, we were told they'd "call us back" and we have never heard from them again. When we try to call, we are sent straight to voicemail. No accountability for poor service!

The gentleman was very nice and courteous as I had three kids with me including a newborn. He was more then willing to help move things and even vacuumed, as I wasn’t quite ready because they called and asked if they could come early which was welcome. The only thing that was shocking was price. Holy geez even with 20% off it’s up there. Also I had to have urine treatment and have 12 stairs (I know because they charge 3 bucks a stair lol) and neither of those were subject to the 20%. I sort of understand the urine treatment but lol can I get my 20% off the stairs? The carpets dried fairly quickly and the work was really good. It’s definitely something we have to save in our budget for the future but so necessary and we’d call ourselves happy customers.

Chris is awesome. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He makes my carpet look new again, and believe me, it's not even close to being new carpet. Worth every dime!

Brandon was great. Worked with us on pricing and was an expert on stain removal and carpet cleaning. Would recommend this group to anyone in need of having their carpets cleaned in Bel Aire or Wichita.

Trevor Sherrow spent hours cleaning my carpet, even returning the next day to attend to pet stains. I've always used Chem-Dry but have never had this perfect a cleaning. He was courteous, professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Trevor!

Give them 5 stars hands down! The other company cancelled 45 minutes ahead and we had moved everything. Danille got Todd out here within 2 hours to do job. Kept us informed on arrival time and on a Friday afternoon left high and dry by another company they came through! They were quick, professional, and job was completed to our satisfaction. Would recommend them highly! They saved the day!

I had Chem Dry come to my house to clean a bathroom that my cat decided was also its bathroom. It smelled awful! The person who came from Chem Dry was nice, professional and did a great job. The carpet smells great was dry in a few hours. Now we can use that bathroom without suffocating from cat odors.

I had an amazing experience with this company. The office was easy to work with and the technician was fabulous! I would highly recommend Chem-Dry of Wichita. My carpets look and smell wonderful now!

They failed to have all functioning equipment - had to do the job "by hand". The operator stated that as long as he had been on the job the in-truck equipment did not work. He said the owner knows but has chosen to not fix it. The result was only just adequate. Then, the 25% off advertised in their direct mailer & verified by telephone when the appointment was made did not apply when payment time came. I was informed the % off did not include their minimum $120 charge. I have used & been happy in the past when their equipment functioned. Staff was ok but in a bad situation. I will never use again.

I needed my carpet to be cleaned at the last minute. Chem Dry was able to send someone out the very next day. We’ve used Chem Dry and have always had great experiences.

I have used ChemDry of Wichita three times and have had a great experience each time. They did a thorough job cleaning an area rug and living room furniture. This time they also cleaned my upholstered dining chairs, which came out spotless and saved me from having to reupholster. I plan to use them again in the future.

Our technician, Brandon, was early (I received a call ahead of time so I wasn’t caught off guard). He was efficient and a hard HARD worker. He made sure that the job was to my satisfaction and reiterated several times that he’d be happy to come out again and fix whatever might need attention. I was very pleased with the work and the price. He was personable and I enjoyed having him in my home.

We've used them a couple times now when our animals decided to have a bathroom war in our house . Both experiences were great. Chem Drys PURT treatment is wonderful. All employees we've encountered have been nice to work with. Would definitely recommend them!
