Staff was friendly and very accommodating with my schedule. She was available through text as well which made appointment reminders and questions very convenient. Brandon was early and did the work quickly. Carpets look great and they were dry within a couple of hours! Would use again.

I was reeled in and sold by their friendly customer service. They tech that came out did an awesome job. Unfortunately less than 24 hours after the cleaning our cat peed on the furniture again. After a scheduling conflict they came back out with no complaints! Furniture looks and smells great again.

Just had my living room furniture upholstery cleaned by ChemDry of Wichita. Appointment scheduling was quick and easy. The office called to let me know the technician was coming. Everything was cleaned quickly and looks great! 4 stars because I had to ask the technician to do both sides of the seat cushions, but he did promptly with pleasant demeanor. I would use ChemDry again!

Chem Dry was awesome! I made a horrible mistake and attempted to steam clean our carpet downstairs due to pet stains/odor. I ended up making it so much worse. I called Chem Dry and they were so easy to work with. They sent out a rep and the carpets were cleaned within a few hrs! Thank you so much Chem Dry for giving us our family room back!

Excellent service at an excellent price. They were able to make our couches and carpet look like new. They were extremely fast too. I loved how fast everything dried! I would recommend them to anyone!

Chris Green is the owner of Chem-Dry and the technician. He got me in quickly and was punctual, professional and efficient. The work was through and to my satisfaction. Did I say he was friendly and able to answer all my questions. Competitive rates, I know I checked around. I recommend him highly.

Unfortunately, the pet smell treatment did not work in our new home. We were told it would be clean and fresh within 24 hours. I called for a refund 3 days later when the carpet was still smelling of pet odor. There was no refund. Complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend. Additional treatment was not requested. A REFUND was requested. No refund was provided.

They showed up on time, measured and gave me an exact price before they started. The technicians were very friendly and professional. Their work was very thorough and the carpet was dry within an hour. They are a little more expensive then other companies I have used in the past, but the carpets looked and smelled extremely fresh and clean.

We had our carpets cleaned by Todd and he did an amazing job! There were some stains that were on the carpet previous to us moving in and lived with for over a year he was able to get out AND got rid of the nasty pet urine smell we hadn't been able to get rid of ourselves. The carpet looks and feels like it's brand new and I finally feel like it's clean enough to let our baby crawl around on without blankets or carpets under him. Thank you so much! We ❤ Chem Dry!

I called for an appointment to have my carpets cleaned on a very short notice. They were there promptly the next morning and did an amazing job. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will use this company again and refer others to do the same!

I was very very happy with the job that Chem -Dry did for us. We were on a tight schedule and they were very accomedatlong starting the job as late as 4:00. The drying time was only a few hours and my carpet looked beautiful. I will be using them again.

I reached out to Chem-Dry thanks to a recommendation from Debi Strange (Wichita area realtor), and Danielle - the office manager - emailed me quickly and was able to schedule an in-person quote that day with a technician.

The cleaning went as expected - we were optimistic that their process could renew the carpet to its clean state it had been a year before these tenants lived in the house. There was a couch outline in the living room, and Todd was able to get the carpet back to its almost-new state with just one pass.

This was an added expenditure for me as my tenants were evicted due to damage to the property and non payment of rent, and the pricing was well worth the service!! Not only did they restore the carpet, but working with Danielle and Todd was very easy and happy.

Chris from ChemDry was very informative and friendly. They did a great job restoring an 8x10 area rug that I love. It had lots of foot traffic and 5 years of tough love from a dog and cat. The colors are vibrant once again. Thanks for bringing our rug back to life!

The tech showed up nearly 3 hours late but did a good job after he got here. I would use this company again because of how good a job he did. Customer service was very polite and helped keep me informed as to when the tech would get here. Using this process allowed my carpet to be dry within 3 hours instead of days.

I have been with ChemDry for years. I have never been disappointed with their service. Todd has been my service tech for the last two or three times. He is great. Such good service and so pleasant. Danielle is always helpful with lmpecable customer service. The owner did my carpet the last time. He is very personable. We had a good visit while he did my carpet. All in all this is a fantastic group.

I have used Chem-dry in the past in a different city and loved their work! This was no different! Alec was very professional and efficient. He cleaned 2 area carpets, our whole basement, 2 couches, a chair and ottoman. Not to mention, we have to large dogs that leave hair everywhere, and not a hair was seen on the finish products. This was done All within the allotted appointment time. All were super clean and smelled great! I will definitely use chemdry again!

Very happy with the results. The final cost of service was more than I was told over the phone but that was the only small negative. Everyone I interacted with over the phone and in person was pleasant, helpful and professional.
