Absolutely loved how our carpets turned out. 1st of all the company was very wonderful at scheduling and following up to confirm. Derek was so kind and worked quickly. We had pet urine to deal with. After the cleaning the house and carpets smelled so good and I honestly can NOT smell any sign of pet urine!!!! Will definitely call them again if I ever need my carpets cleaned!!

Chris was prompt professional and friendly. My carpet was really in poor shape and he cleaned it like it was brand new. Incredibly personable and I really enjoyed his company. He was early but still called me well in advance to see if it was OK to come by early. Everything was done quickly and for the cheapest I could find locally! The quality of his work was top notch! Will use his service every time!

Just had Chris with ChemDry over to clean the carpets in my dad's house. Lots of pet stains in almost every room. Had Chris run just the "fiber clean" as I understand it - which didn't deep clean thru the padding - but it looked excellent after he was done. And now the house smells MUCH better too. House had "funky" odors, but now just smells great!

The coupons are a scam - they tell you the exclusions afterwards. Scheduling was not kept; service delayed. Still have stains on the carpet. The pee smell is gone. Very unhappy experience.

Chris, the owner, did an excellent and honest job cleaning our upholstery, area rugs, and carpeted stairs at a fair price. Our upholstery looks very revived and beautiful. He's a hard worker and also very courteous.

Chris with Chem Dry was fantastic! I’m embarrassed to admit that I hadn’t had my carpets cleaned in a long time, and I have two small dogs. Chris came in and pretreated urine stains, even those you couldn’t see with the naked eye but which showed up under his black light. Then he came back two days later and cleaned the entire carpets, two couches, and a loveseat. I cannot overstate how happy I am. There’s no question Chris extended the life of both the carpet and sofas. Not only did my carpet look beautiful, but they felt dry to the touch. We could get on them immediately and his products were safe for the dogs. Chris was courteous, on time, and kept me informed about the process. Chris owns the local Chem Dry and provides goldstar customer service. My carpets had a couple of areas with especially stubborn stains, and Chris did not hesitate to come back and go over them again. He was a true professional. I highly recommend Chem Dry and Chris.

Outstanding service. We had guests coming and needed to have our windows cleaned. Our regular window cleaner couldn't do the job before our guests arrived so we called Warsh My Windows. They were able to fit usi their schedule and even worked through a rainstorm but they still did a fantastic job. Warsh My Windows is now our new window cleaners. Highly recommended.

The two employees were not only on time, but early, and pre-contacted on text. They were considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. Had all the equipment needed, and ready to go. Our windows were 2nd and 3rd story, and they had no problem completing. Estimated time was for two-ish hours, and they were done a bit early, 1.75hrs. Will definitely use again.
