Work was subpar. House was not cleaned. They were rude beyond belief and charged huge late fee while we were trying to work with them

The kitchen trash was not emptied. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was not cleaned. Stairs weren’t vacuumed. The team was in and out in less than an hour. For $120.00 we expected much better. Very disappointed.

Today I was overcharged for services that were not done well and in a timely manner. There was lots of dust and dirt under the furniture, so I know the furniture was not moved. The back and top of the sofa is very dusty , so I know it was not vacuumed. Very displeased with today’s services.

Shine bright did a wonderful job on our house after construction. The cleaning was thorough. The ladies who did the job were very efficient and pleasant. I would highly recommend them for any type of cleaning but they are great at post construction cleaning.

Had a previous company come in and do a deep clean and was extremely disappointed. Shine Bright was referred to us and Crystal came out for a consult, she was super friendly and thorough. Today the ladies came for the deep clean and they did a fantastic job. We will definitely be scheduling reoccurring cleanings with Shine Bright! Thank you Shine Bright!

It would be zero stars if I could, was told they would clean my walls, dust the bedrooms and judging by this I’d say they didn’t and they have the nerve to charge me $350. Then tell me oh well we can come back out there, nah how about you discount that price a little bit the I’ll pay for it. You wanna get paid do the job right the first time. This is not $350 worth of work. Sorry.

My husband and I were very impressed with the crew and how they cleaned 🧼 not saying my house was super dirty but the walls from our dogs were very bad and they pretty much got it all off. I am super happy with Lorie she did an awesome job getting the bathroom floor clean with all my hairspray off of it, the tiles look practically brand new. I would use this company all the time if we were staying here in Kansas.

I am highly impressed with Shine Bright. I had never had my home professionally cleaned, so I wasn't sure what to expect.

1.Let me start by saying I live on a country dirt road and no amount of dusting, vacuuming, sweeping could ever keep my home dust free. I also have 4 in door dogs and 3 cats, husband and 2 young children.
2. I love how the staff walked me through how residential services work. They are extremely knowledgeable.
3. I have them clean 2 x weekly.
4. Since they have started cleaning my hardwood floors look amazing, my built in seating is cleaned thoroughly, my ceiling fans no longer collect dust, my bathrooms sparkle and look like you could eat off the floor in them, the kitchen is amazing and my dogs and children nose and hand prints do not live on my french doors.
5. My home smells amazing, clean and crisp. Which is hard to do since I also own horse, cattle, swine (hog) and other farm animals. Those smells tend to get tracked into my home, because my children don't leave their shoes at the door.
6. The pricing is amazing for the service they are providing and the time they give back to me to spend with my family is unbeatable. My husband is very picky and he loves cleaning days.

TL;DR: we are doing the cleaning ourselves anyway, and paid a couple hundred dollars for the privilege.

The 1 star is simply because I wasn’t charged the full amount when a crew member was unable to do their work. The remaining members only did things we would have otherwise done ourselves. There was no deep clean, and even the surface cleaning that was performed was inadequate. Kitchen counters were not wiped, the stovetop was not fully cleaned, baseboards and bathroom floors weren’t touched, the sweeping that was done was inadequate, a crew member literally quit mopping because their mop head was swiveling and they claimed it was therefore impossible to continue, and the one room we really wanted cleaned was barely touched outside of a couple cobwebs getting cleared. The cherry on top was that they took out the trash, and on seeing that the bin (secured shut with a bungee) was full, left the bag outside. I didn’t catch this until the next morning when I found the contents strewn about due to the raccoons having free access to it. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this service.

I am not sure how they got such good reviews I was sorely disappointed. If you want a company that will feather dust and vacuum these are your people. If you want someone that cleans your house you should call someone else. I can keep up with day-to-day cleaning I wanted someone to clean the mirrors, the ceiling fans, the bathrooms besides just wiping off the sinks. They didn't even touch the dining room and they brought in dirty old rags and vacuums full of dirt from someone else's house. To top it off when I took the trash out they had pulled off their rubber gloves and threw them on the ground beside the trash can!! Really? I know they have different people that go to different houses but I was not very happy with my people.
