There wasn't a store associate around to answer questions, but I can live with that.

They apparently advertise that they di French drains and will work in Wichita but won't go to Douglass which is the same distance away. And the receptionist said Douglass like it left a bad taste in her mouth. Guess my money doesn't spend the same.

We would love to be able to rank this company higher than we did - repairs had to be made on what they did in two places in our sprinkler system. The total cost of the work we were billed for was two times the estimate. Won't use them again.

I recently purchased a new home in Derby and was in need of starting a new lawn. I opted to use Tendercare's hydroseed process for starting a new lawn and it was fantastic. Grass grew faster and thicker than I could of imagined and am getting a lot of compliments from the neighbors. Will not hesitate to use Tendercare in the future for any other projects.

We used Tendercare's lawn maintenance program for two years and had our lawn overseeded the first fall with top soil used in bare/problem areas. We definitely were happy with the lawn program and still had minor dead patches after the fall overseeding. I felt this was mainly due to not using netting on the sloped areas of the lawn (a lot of seed ran-off into the low parts of the yard which was apparent by having grass growing in low spots I marked for them not to seed). Overall, I would recommend this company. They were quick to respond to questions and our lawn looked much better after using their services.

This company is extremely rude and disrespectful to their customers. We called for a simple estimate and they could not even handle that. It has been a multi week process just to get a simple estimate. We have been more then patient with this company. When I spoke to the owner to check on our estimate, she was very insulting to me as a potential customer and even yelled at me!!! I do not appreciate the way we have been treated by this company, even after we have been very patient and understanding toward them.

If I could give them a negative score I would. Terrible customer service and overall service. Bad experience from installation where lawn coverage was not good, then yearly maintenance (start up and winterization) requires multiple trips to get work done. It is obvious they don't take their time to check their work and make sure it is working properly. We have had to have them come out multiple times to complete any and all work. Quality of work is very poor. Steer clear.

I wrote this company directly with my concern/complaint, but it was not addressed, so now I guess I have to make it public.
About two weeks ago, my neighbor hired them for his lawn. I arrived home to find that they had parked a truck and trailer, partially blocking my driveway.
There were literally 3 other areas on the street just as close to the work area they could have parked and not blocked anyone.
I find this act to be very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.
If you hire them, know that they will not have consideration or respect for your neighbors space, which I feel is a direct reflection of the company itself.
I just wanted aknowledgement of their mistake and an apology, but they couldn't find the time. Yet another reflection of their overall ethic.
They've lost a potential future customer and there are so many others in Wichita who can do the same job just as well, if not better.

They’d done a decent job until they sold my account to TruGreen with zero notice to me. No notification attempt was made by mail, email or phone. The only way I found out was I started getting phone calls from TruGreen about an upcoming appointment, which I assumed was a misdial until I called to investigate. As a customer, I should have a say in whether I continue service with a different provider and whether I’m ok with TC sharing my personal Information with someone else.

Extremely unprofessional behavior and poor communication.
