First I want to thank you for coming out on a weekend to fix our a/c, Duane was great to have work on our unit, took time to check everything out and was very thorough. And the service charge was less than what I was anticipating for a weekend callout.

D&M Mechanical was an awesome repair experience. Furnace was not firing. Matt, our tech, diagnosed what seemed like every option and finally found the problem. Very reasonable fee. Said we had well maintained equipment. Didn’t put the hard sale on to replace. Did say the furnace would probably outlast the AC, so when the AC is toast, we will replace all.
I really liked working with Mindy from initial contact, to tech arrival update texts (with picture of Matt who was scheduled) to explanation of the furnace issue, to finial bill.
I have already sent my personal 5 star review to several friends.

Duane came out for us because our AC wasn’t working properly. He was so kind and took the time to explain what he was doing with our unit. Excellent service and very fair prices too! Definitely recommend!

Matt found a problem with our hvac system that had been difficult to isolate. He and Zack were professional, thorough and very competent. I'd use them again for sure!

I really appreciate the quality of work and responsiveness from D&M Mechanical A Parabolic Company out of Derby Ks. Duane fixed our air conditioner problem in a timely manner. I also appreciate Duane coordinating getting the warranty replacement capacitor. I highly recommend D&M for any and all heating and cooling work.

I had an issue with my AC unit tripping its breaker so I called to setup an appointment. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and was able to schedule me in a few hours later. The service technician arrived on time as stated. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in troubleshooting the problem. An hour and a haIf later the unit was back in service with no further issues. I would highly recommend D&M to anyone that is in need of any HVAC services!

HVAC went out due to a harsh thunder storm. Call these guys the following morning at 7am. They’re returning the call at 745am and at my house fixing the issue at 9am. Outstanding work. Very cost friendly (honestly, I felt like I got the better deal here). didn’t JUST fix my issue, also inspected and checked the entire unit. Educated me on the processes and how to improve my system and prevent further complications. One of the most honest, transparent interactions I’ve had with a service provider in a relative field. Very pleasant and friendly. Highly highly recommend.

Our central heat and air system was installed by Comfort Systems 10 yrs ago, but one unfortunate day one of their techs neglected to replace the a/c filter which just really caused a mess in the evaporator coil. He returned and cleaned it (sort of) but not really well enough to work for long. When I asked them to clean it again, they wanted $600! Since then I've been cleaning it myself, but lately it became evident we needed more coolant in the system. I called @ 6am this morning, got a call back at 6:15. Their tech Jesse came out early afternoon and had the evaporator coil thoroughly cleaned and added a pound of coolant, very reasonably priced. We received excellent communication, great customer service, and enjoying a nice, cool house on this 95 degree day. We'll definitely have them come back this fall to service our furnace. I highly recommend D&M Mechanical and so appreciate their professionalism. EDIT: Been a few years and we’re still with D&M. They’re professional, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. I still highly recommend their services.

Great service! I would highly recommend! My AC went out on the hottest day this year. The tech came right out and was very professional and thorough! Explained in detail what was going on. Repaired it for a reasonable price. Got my home cooled down quickly & saved the day! The customer service was great. From the lady who took my call to Matthew who did the repairs. I was very pleased, and would definitely call them again.

I had D&M Mechanical replace my hvac system. I had received quotes from 10 different companies, and chose D&M for their overall reputation, professionalism, knowledge and for what I felt was a very fair price for the service performed.

My wife was the one at home while they installed the new furnace and AC, while I was at work. She indicated Duane and Matt were pleasant and courteous, treated our home as if it was their own, and were happy to take the time to answer all of her questions.

I have no regrets in my choice and plan to use them for all of my future hvac needs. I would recommend them 100%.

D&M Mechanical is absolutely the best service I have ever used. We have had our AC and furnace replaced in the past but did not realize the insufficiency of that particular company until we experienced 'true quality service'. We would be pleased to speak with anyone that is considering this company as their service provider. Matt and Thomas did a superb job. Their technical skills and professionalism warrant all the accolades due an A+ company. (Additionally: they work, no breaks, something seldom seen anymore.)
Aug. 31, 2024;, Saturday, Labor Day weekend and my AC is not working. I call D & M at 8:07 and they are here within 45 minutes, and I have AC by 9:35 a.m. Everything has been checked and rechecked and a new thermostat installed...and under warranty! I cannot find enough good words to say about this company and Matt and Duane. They are absolutely 'top of the line,' praise God.

D&M has been outstanding to work with throughout the installation of a new system and a follow up visit to check on a minor leak. The entire crew at D&M, from the front office to the technicians, has been courteous and very timely in responding to my requests. Their work has been done above and beyond my expectations and always in a professional manner. I Highly recommend.

We had our outside A/C unit cleaned. And was recommended that it be taken apart and cleaned from the inside out.

The previous hvac company cleaned the unit from outside in. Ohh my gosh. When Matt removed the covers our outside hvac was completely clogged and packed with dirt and dust. The first company did nothing but charge me for nothing.

D&M was very professional and didn’t get in one of those, hurry up and get done attitude. We are using D&M for all of our hvac needs from now on.

What great service! Fixed my exhaust fan with just a little expert adjustment without charge and then cleaned my disgusting AC unit and checked my refrigerant for a very reasonable price. Friendly and efficient. Thanks guys!

We used Matt and his crew for our shop unit last year and they did us right! Paired with the insulation we can maintain a 72 degree inside temp throughout weeks of the high 90’s into the 100s no problem!

I had issues with my inside air handler, called and left a message and my call was returned quickly. They were able to get to me the next day, Duane arrived on-time and quickly diagnosed my issue and the options for repair. He had it running again quickly. Highly recommend!!!!
