About a year ago my A/C stopped working so I called another company to have them come fix it. They did get it back working but they said I needed to get my compressor replaced which would have been $1,700 (we did not replace the compressor) . Well fast-forward to this year and my A/C went out again. So I called Wichita Heating and Air. Tanner came out the next day, he was very professional and very respectful. He checked out my system and found out the REAL problem and got it fixed. He also mentioned that our compressor was in good working order and it didn’t need replacing, he saved us over $1,200 thank you Wichita Heating & Air we will be using you guys again in the future.

I called in the morning and they sent two guys out by noon. It was so hot in my house and the dogs were miserable too. They had my air conditioner working in a short time. I highly recommend them and will use again if I need to.

The technicians are knowledgeable of the systems and quickly troubleshoot the discrepancy to get the unit back up and operating.

I Highly recommend this company. A service technician was out to my house within 1 hour. They found the problem quickly and had the heater back running. So within about 2 hours of contacting them Our heater was back running normal. Luke was very professional and knew exactly what to do, Again I Highly recommend this company if your having problems with your heater.

This is the two retired teachers again. Since a few weeks ago our system developed new problems. We decided to replace the outside unit and the evaporator. Once again the technician was out within 24 hours and we had new equipment up and running within 24 hours. Samson and Kenny were the installers; they were fast, efficient, left the area very clean, and we're very nice gentlemen to work with!
Their customer service is next to none!!!

We had quotes from three companies and went with Wichita Heating and Air because they were the most professional, offered great financing, and carried the best product. Replaced entire AC and Furnace in 3.5 hours. I'm beyond impressed with the service. If I could change one thing about their business, I wish they offered portable AC's or something to keep cool between signing the contract and installation like some companies do, it was a hot week and I have a 4 and 2 year old to keep cool so I had to run to lowes and buy a portable AC for a couple hundred but thats life and not their job, just a good selling point for some. Overall 5/5 and will recommend them to friends and family!

What can I say about Wichita Heating & Air! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Service, time, price, friendly!! They installed a new AC unit about 5 years ago. That was fabulous and been fantastic ever since. Thank you guys so much. Always reliable! They were here yesterday in less than a couple hours from when I called.

The team was very responsive and was able to get somebody out immediately. Maddex’s communication was excellent and got the air conditioner repaired quick and was able to communicate with me being out of town and get everything taken care of. Sent in a request on our Home Warranty last night and got a call this morning they would try and make it out today. They called within 2 hours and said they were on their way. Fixed us right up and we have cold air blowing. Would highly recommend Wichita Heating and Air.

My second time using them. Both times they did a great job. The first time was a small repair when we had no heat, this last time I needed a whole replacement, they are very professional and skilled. Mark and Dane answered all my questions. They got to the task quick and Mark worked long hours to finish the big job. I will definitely recommend them to others. We’ve had WH&A come out twice. Once for our AC and now for our heater. Both times they were professional, honest, punctual, respectful, and reasonably priced.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work. Was having issues with my AC and the day after they quoted me, it went out. They were at my house within half an hour of me calling. They kept my unit running, coming out multiple times at no charge until they were able to install my new unit. They left the area they worked in cleaner than they found it. Our AC quit putting out cold air and overnight it has reach 87 in the house. Matt was at our house 1.5hrs after our call in and had parts replaced and unit cleaned in under 1.5hrs. We know that D&M responds quickly and always resolves the issue. Dogs are happy that the cool air is going again and we're happy to be signed up for the maintenance plan. Thank you Matt and D&M!

We were very pleased with D&M's service and response right from the start! They were able to come out to help us, even at the end of the day. We discovered the issue with our AC at 4pm and they were on-site by 5 after we had tried calling other repair shops. The problem turned out to be a error by another tech 2 years before that they were able to quickly diagnose and repair. We loved their customer service and their honesty. We will continue to use them in the future.

Duane was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explained to me what was needed to fix it. He was courteous, punctual, and obviously very knowledgeable. The next time I have any heating or AC issue I know who I’ll be calling!
