When one had a problem during the warranty period, they came and fixed it in a timely manner. I work with folks who are often living with limited means and I recommend them frequently.

This place sells faulty appliances then when confronted with the problems choose to ATTACK a very clearly pregnant woman and her husband not only physically but verbally with racial slurs and remarks! I recommend finding somewhere else for your appliance needs!

Horrible company, sold a unit that didnt work from the day it was bought. Yelled at us in store and was constantly saying "we are in america speak english" to customers because they refused to do their jobs and essentially took up the 90 day warranty period because they sold us an item that never worked. And their "technicians" dont know how to fix anything.

Mike O.Tried to reach out to T.O.G.A.R. via Yelp reservations and via their website Contact Us page webform directly, and had zero luck getting any response. The Yelp form seemed to have some issues going through; not sure if it was a Yelp issue or vendor issue, so that's why I went to the vendor's website directly, and attempted their webform. As of now, it's been numerous business days with no reply. I see from other reviews that my experience appears to be outside the norm, so that's unfortunate.

Poor service bought a washer and dyer on 10/23/25 it was supposed to be delivered next day and it wasn't.when it finally arrived the dyer didn't work .they said there service guy would be out hr after it was delivered and he never showed up .ask for a refund and they said all sale are final.and I can use my 90 warranty for the replacement parts.i will never buy anything from them again!!!!
