Ann B.Fridge/freezer is broken. Guy came out, not the company name i called but the receipt is Able. Not even in a truck but a Honda. Looked at fridge, said the seal was bad and the inlet water valve. Has to order a part and will not be fixed until at least 5 days. How do we live for 5 days without a fridge? Go out every day? Charged me $99 for 5 mins. Didn't seem to care much about the problem, just the $99 we wasted/

I had an issue with my Jenn-Air double oven that ended up being more complicated than expected. Unfortunately, the repair didn't fix the problem and I eventually had to replace the oven. There were some frustrations along the way, but the company ultimately made things right and honored the refund they had promised. I really appreciated that they stood behind their word and worked with me to resolve the situation. Things don't always go as planned, especially with appliance repairs, and I appreciate how they handled everything in the end.

We had Drew com yesterday for a washer that the basket would not spin. I was in the middle of doing laundry when it quit. They had a cancellation and were able to fit me right in. Drew did EXCELLENT work - he was in and out in no time and got the washer working. He was well mannered, efficient and a hard worker that diagnosed the problem immediately. Will definitely use this company again!!
