2nd time ive had my carpet cleaned by Ducks. Showed up right on time and even helped move some stuff out of the way because we were running behind. Takes time to inform you of appropriate care for the type of carpet you have . Highly recommend better than stanley steamer. Great value for the quality

Was right on time and did a great job. A little damp when they left but we just went to the basement and hung out after they left! Had a fairly bad spot by Hubby’s chair and they took extra care with cleaning it. Stairs were a major problem and the only part that of carpeting that they could not get really clean. Carpeting in whole house is 15 years old, so not a bad job at all.

My experience with Duck’s, as always, was wonderful, they were quick to respond to my email, and I sent it at 5AM, to the amazing lady that called me (sorry, forgot her name) to schedule me for a same day cleaning, to Robert that did an amazing job cleaning our carpets, the whole experience was great. My appointment was at 2:30, Robert got there on time, and my carpets were almost completely dry by the time I got home at 5. Will keep using their services, will NOT use another company, they are my go to for cleaning my carpets.

Showed up a little late, but communicated that as they realized it! They were in and out on our cleaning, even helped us out and did a mattress real quick. Our carpets are trashed from our dogs, but they looked new once finished. Would recommend and will use them again for sure

Fantastic company!! Ducks stretched carpets in two of my rooms and shampooed the carpets as well recently. The quality of work was very high and pricing was very fair. They scheduled me quickly and were professional throughout the whole process. I will be using them again in the future for sure!!

We recently had our carpets cleaned by Ducks and they did a great job. They had the whole house done in an hour, and it looks great. I love that the products they use have no smell at all, our house just smells clean and fresh. They showed up on time and were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend using them and will definitely have them clean our carpets annually.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Robert has come through for me at my home when a pipe broke, soaking our carpet. He was there in less than an hour and got out all the water and dried the carpet. He took a very stressful thing and made it all better. He has also cleaned our carpets and some upholstery too. They always do an amazing job!

2nd review: Google apparently will not let me leave a second review (?), so I'm editing my first review from last year to reflect our most recent encounter this week.
*Yesterday* the owner showed up on time. He was very pleasant and professional and did an outstanding job. I explained to him that we are repeat customers because they did such a wonderful job last year!
*Today* my young children decided to dump water all over an area where carpet and vinyl flooring met. I obviously was very upset and unsure of the extent of the damage, if there would be mold trapped, drywall damage, etc. Ducks Carpet Cleaning took pity on me when I called and they came over immediately to help. They were so kind and gracious and patient. This is a company that understands and respects that they are going into people's homes and always comport themselves with the utmost professionalism. THANK YOU, again!!

On our doorstep the exact minute of our appointment time. Both gents were professional and courteous. Really fast and efficient, no overbearing chemical smell, reasonable price, and the carpet looks great. Thanks Ducks!
