I desperately needed a hot water heater on short notice, as I am expecting guests for a week. Everest came to the rescue, worked me in, showed up on time, were courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up my leaky mess. They were recommended to me, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing services. I intend to set up yearly maintenance with Everest.😁

Jack installed a new water heater for us. He was very polite and professional. I appreciated the communication and the flexibility to allow me to fix the something after removing the old water heater. Everest installed a new furnace and AC for us a couple years ago as well. We will continue to use them and recommend to anyone else in the KC area.

Steven was awesome, texted ahead to let me know he was on the way, was swift and very descriptive on what was wrong with our furnace, fixed it on the spot. Showed me what he’d replaced and the cost was cheaper than all others we called for quotes. This is my second time using Everest for HVAC/Furnace tune up and needs and once again they were 5/5. Will use them moving forward!

Found Everest Heating and Cooling through our home warranty company. Everyone from office staff to techs were professional, courteous and helped get our water heater installed as quickly as possible. Would recommend and will use for any needs in the future!

I've called Everest for previous home repairs, and will continue to call them. Martin, as well as all the other workers that I met for other repairs before him, was transparent, polite, and professional. Martin did an excellent job of keeping the area he was working in clean.

I am very happy with the customer service and work done by Everest heating and cooling. Normally I get a couple estimates but because of the service and care taken to get our furnace replaced asap

We have/ had Choice Home Warranty. They made us wait 7 days and we figure they will deny the claim.
They called me off an ad and put up with Choice trying to get them to do something (1.5 hrs).
They got me financing on Saturday Monday had a new System.

We always appreciate Everest from their customer service to their technicians. They are always honest, timely, curious, and professional. I wish I could say the same for other companies we’ve recently dealt with. Steven came out to fix our Humidifier that was improperly installed by another company.

Our plumbing technician, Armando, got to our house at 7:15PM om a Friday night, after our water heater went out earlier in the day. By 8:00pm we had a new one installed and got water flowing. He did an amazing job on a cold late night. Would recommend Everest and Armando to anyone! Excellent job tonight and THANK YOU

Armando arrived and got straight to removing our old and leaking water heater and then installing the new water heater we needed. He did a great job and was able to get it installed quickly while I was dealing with different issue at my house. I had never used Everest before but certainly will consider doing so in the future based on Armando’s work.

The delivery installation and Hauling service was all included My escalator, Armando, what graciously professional and efficient also informative. I would recommend the services for anyone in need of replacement. Also the warranty is one of a kind.

My plumbing issue was one of urgency. Upon calling Everest Saturday morning, Martin showed up to my house within a few hours after finishing another job. He asked good questions to understand the issue and was diligent in resolving it. I got the feeling that good enough was not good enough! He went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was fully resolved. Highly courteous as well. Everest is now my go to for all plumbing needs!

If you value your time, stay away. I had a time slot from 12pm - 5pm. After taking the time to wait all afternoon, I called at 5pm to see if I was still on the schedule. I got the, "I'm sorry, we're running behind, it will be 7:30ish." Wow, ok. At 7pm, the installer calls and says he on his way and will be here in 45 minutes. He then asks me if I have the new water heater. I said, "Why would I have the new water heater? Aren't you supposed to bring the new one? Why would I set up an appointment to get a new water heater and go buy one myself?" He then says, "OK, it will be a little extra time because I need to go to the store to get one." So I told him not to bother. Cancel me. Even if I didn't have to get up at 5:30am, I wound not have let him be at my house until 11:30pm installing the new water heater. I truly understand that things happen, and timelines change, however, call me and let me know so I'm not waiting around for eight hours.

Austin and Martin did a fantastic job! They came and replaced our furnace and hot water heater. Our window was scheduled between 12pm and 5pm and they showed up at 11 am. The work space was tidy and the job was neatly done. No mess left for me to clean up. Removal of the old furnace and install of the new one I’ll took two hours or less. The hot water heater was installed in just as timely of a manner.

Awesome professional. Kind and thoughtful man. Jack ensured all prior plumbers putty was cleaned off to prepare for the new faucets (3). Love his work. Would have him work at my home again. Cost was low due to insurance picking up some of the cost.
