These guys were absolutely amazing! My family and I were stuck without AC for over a month, while our home warranty company and another HVAC contractor could not produce any solutions. On Demand came out and diagnosed the problem within the first day and resolved the issue from start to finish fast! Everyone involved was knowledgeable, on time, polite, and professional. Needless to say that I will be repeating business with them in the future!

The panic you fell when your AC quits in 90 degree plus weather with senior dogs and a child at home is very real but Terry at On Demand Mechanical had our home back on track today so fast my head is still spinning! I'm so grateful for such amazing and fast service!

We have had our HVAC system maintenance and services done by a very well known company in Leavenworth for about 4 years. When it finally completely crapped out we were already prepared to get an entire new system. The price they gave us was astronomical. We had a chance meeting with the owner of ODM, Terry, at a football fundraiser last summer and saved his info for this exact foreseeable situation. We called Terry and he was out to our property within the hour. He gave us a quote and when I say we were absolutely flabbergasted I am not kidding. It was a third the cost for an entire replacement AND that was with a larger unit that our home actually needed. It felt like a slap in the face that we were being taken advantage of all this time and I wish we would have met ODM sooner. This is hands down the best customer service, best quality and most personal experience. I don’t think we have ever been that happy to write a check to anyone but Terry and his crew literally make it that pleasurable of an experience from start to finish. Our house is the most comfortable it has ever been. Clearly the larger units were a necessity. We can’t wait to see how much money we save this summer now that our AC will not be struggling 24/7 to keep up. Thank you so much for everything ODM. Do yourself a favor and call this company before you make any decisions on your HVAC system you will be so happy you did.

We’ve had our furnace, AC and thermostat replaced then a our deck rebuilt and our house painted. Top quality professionals. Very reasonably priced. They do it all and they do it right the first time. We couldn’t be happier and trust nobody else now.

Our experience dealing with Terry (the owner) was above and beyond expectation. When it comes to fair, this guy is one for the books. Very knowledgeable, polite, very respectful, and honest with admirable integrity. Our water damage was minimal and a do-it-yourself kind of situation. He told me he didn’t want to take our money (considering it was a small job) and then told me exactly what I needed to do to fix it. This guy seems like a straight shooter. “Spit and a handshake” kind of guy. And, exactly the kind of people I like dealing with. They don’t make ‘em like that anymore.

My AC went out in August and had a new one installed 2 days later, along with a new furnace. Scheduling and installation went great. Techs very friendly and quick service. No problems there. The problems I have had are with the office. When I had my furnace and AC replaced, I received no paperwork. I had to email them for a copy of my invoice. Then I had to email them for a copy of my warranty. Energy offered a rebate, but the company has to be listed with Evergy to receive a rebate. I emailed asking if they were in listed with Evergy, and just got an email back that said, "No", and that was it. That is fine, but not friendly in the emails. Tax time has rolled around and while filling out my taxes, I needed a QM ID for the rebate. Again, had to email them for this. I finally had to call the manufacturer to get this code. After, I received it from the manufacturer, I got a response from ODM. In the email, it only said the code I was needing. Nothing else in the email like a hello or thank you. Again, not friendly emails. I guess I was raised differently. I have had to do a lot of work just to get paperwork and information from them, which I shouldn't have. Usually, when I buy something, I get all the paperwork and information about what is needed for rebates from the company without having to ask. The install and price was great.

They are very nice and very timely. If I need air conditioner repair in the future. I will definitely use Everest heating & cooling.

Everest was called to give an estimate on a collalpsed cast iron sewer pipe below my house slab. All three bathrooms and bedrooms in the house feed in to one sewer line....so, there was only one working powder room at the other end of the house and I had house guests. Ray Wyatt from Everest came to camera the pipe immediately. (I also got two other companies to do the same.) Everest was, by far, the most thorough and accurate. I couldn't be more impressed with their timliness, friendliness and work ethic. I am in the construction profession, and have hired hundreds of plumbers for different jobs. Everest tops them all.
Then came the hard part.....these two Everest plumbers had to delicately cut floor tile and concrete slab, while not hitting radiant heat pipes and other plumbing in the floor. I was completely shocked at their accuracy. They (Jamon and Brett) worked incredibly hard for days; they protected all the surfaces in that room, and dug the gravel and soil out by hand. They filled about thirty 5 gallon buckets with excavated concrete, gravel and dirt. They also excavated outside in a trench about 5 feet deep.
In the end....(five short days later) the new pipe is installed, soil and gravel in place, and concrete slab repoured.
All bathrooms perfect. I literally could not be happier.

I rarely do Google reviews, but I was very impressed with Armando. He's a top-notch technician. I work in service dispatch and understand and appreciate the value of having people like Armando on your team.

Everest responded quickly to my broken hot water heater. They helped me navigate the process of replacement. Ashley and Brad were great to work with and things went smoothly and timely and exceeded expectations.

We can't say enough how thankful we are with Everest. Their whole crew was amazing!! So polite and so friendly and willing to come and help us out at the most inopportune time.
We woke up Christmas morning in a small panick realizing our furnace had broken down through the night of Christmas Eve. Tony came that morning to assess the situation, and as we had thought our almost 30 year furnace was done. But having Christmas plans that day we couldn't stay to have it replaced then and there, as they were willing to do, worried about us not having heat that night. Which was so sweet as it was literally Christmas and it was freezing out. So the next day at 8am they came back to replace our furnace. We were given an amazing price and to top it off, they also did a really amazing job!! Years of built up rust is now gone, our furnace is so much more efficient, plus I noticed the house actually smells better.
