Danielle was a pleasure to work with! Although it was a very hot July day, the workers plowed through the work and got the job done! I would like to make a suggestion - after the job is completed someone from the design team should go back to the job site with the design plan in hand and review the completed job and make sure the job was completed correctly and the customer is satisfied.

We would recommend Lawrence Landscaping for any project. DANIELLE HEINEN was excellent. She was professional, efficient, really listened to our needs and always responded in a timely manner to our calls, texts or emails. The crew was so professional as well as friendly and very good at what they do!

SUPERB job by the Lawrence Landscape crew. Frank and his team were tasked with widening a dry rock creek bed, removing sod, putting down landscape fabric, and adding rock. The 3 man crew was skilled, fast, professional and did a great job. In and out in about 2 1-2 hours. Can’t say enough about how they made a messy job look easy. I’ll be using them again.

The work they did to our lawn was incredible! Everyone I spoke with at the company was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend them on every level! Will be calling them again in the future for other projects

We use this company for irrigation and lawn maintenance. We have had 3 major landscaping projects over the last 4 years. Danielle is an excellent resource. She has great ideas and is so accessible. She runs a great crew. We have never had any issues that weren't taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

The previous company we used wasn't able to fix our sprinkler issue. The Lawrence Landscape tech quickly identified the issue and got everything running nicely. He was professional and did a great job.

Jason with Lawrence Landscape was excellent to work with. His responsiveness and care and attention to detail was wonderful and they were good on their word to deliver a great product. Even after things settled with our patio, they came and repaired and made things right without cutting corners. I recommend!

A friend recommended Lawerence Landscaping, they were correct, outstanding. Corey managed the complete redo of our front landscaping and came up with a great design. The crew was very professional, removed the old plants, painted 89 new ones, installed new drip irrigation and installed a complete low voltage lighting system. The house at night is amazing. P.S. the plant looked very healthy. If your looking for an update at a reasonable cost, call Lawerence Landscaping….

Probably the best money we have ever sent. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, and LML actualized the dream. Plant varieties were offered and discussed, then chosen with our interest in mind for year round color and water mediation. The crew was professional, while also being very personal. Everyone from the landscape designer to the the instillation crew provided personal attention and went the extra mile. Thank you so much.

We had a really complex drainage ditch/French drain situation that Low Maintenance handled quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the solution they provided. They even went above and beyond and added some mulching around the front of our house, a small area that I had no idea how to handle myself. We will be using Low Maintenance for many more projects in the future. Thanks, guys!!!!

Pre Pandemic fall of 2019, a landscape design contract that was paid in full ($700) with zero deliverables for even a basic raingarden design at the 5 month mark. Landscape designer completely flaked out on us when we started asking for a timeline and where they were at in the design process near month 5, announcing they had a family emergency and would work on our contracted design "when they had time". They literally had nothing to show us at this point.

We promptly thanked them for communicating their situation and asked for a refund so we could seek out other services. There were some warning signs along the way we wish we would have heeded. We have receipts.

The owner wanted to fix the situation but we were so badly burned by their landscaper we did not want to risk anymore interaction. We just wanted a refund. Evenso, it took way more effort and back and forth than necessary, including getting credit card company we used (thank goodness!) involved when it was a clear breach of contract. A basic raingarden design should not take 5 months to design. We ended up with literally nothing and were out $250 and 5 months of time.

It was quite a struggle to get any refund without threatening claims court. Just glad we received even a partial type of refund before the pandemic hit.

We cannot recommend this company.

In response to owner, I was being gracious posting this review. You are right, I see I should have posted it right away instead of waiting for the worst of this pandemic to pass. No good deed...

Potential customers have a right to know our experience.

We waited nearly 5 months and this was *before* the family emergency that was very poorly conveyed in a text. She vaguely stated she had a "family emergency" and would work on our plan "as time allowed". This text was received the middle of February the contract began in October. The lying and gaslighting never ends with this company but I digress.

I could not believe any company would not know enough of the situation to have this landscaper's work covered. How would you feel as a customer having this dropped on you after 5 months of very poor and flaky communication?

Instead of you contacting us we had to contact you. See the problem? At 5 months out, plan sight unseen, contract paid in full, would you find this acceptable? Most people would find this pretty unreasonable.

It was the last red flag, of which there were many. We all have hardships, none of us are immune. We had several hundred dollars tied up for just the site plans and it was never intimated to either myself or my husband there would be any issues with the contracted timeline. Yet 5 months and no plan to look over for even the front garden area? Come on.

The contract had been paid in full for several months and with really zero updates of where anything was in progress and not for lack of trying. We were strung along.

We can go back and forth on what is fair but the bottom line is your company was hired for a contracted job. Failing to deliver on this contract in a timely manner as stated and agreed upon was clearly a breach of contract well before the family emergencies occured. The poor treatment and lack of communication is at the center of our ultimate decision to discontinue any work with your company.

Own it or don't. Just know it was a very poor experience because of your inaction and the way your landscaper conducted herself over the 5 months BEFORE the family emergencies.

Notably, we ultimately made the correct choice.

This company was completely professional from beginning to end. They revitalized and replanted a bed on the north side of my town home. They were especially good about communicating my choices of plants and shrubs, their pros and cons and the reasons for choosing one over another. I highly recommend this company.
