Mike was prompt, polite and responsive. We got a quote within a couple hours of contacting him and the job was done less than a week later. Would highly recommend.

Unless you want your trees to look ridiculous, and be gaslighted that they look great do not use this guy.. he destroyed several trees that have been growing for years in my yard. He promised he would at least talk to me about it. I’ll let him know., I wasn’t even trying to get a refund and then he started making appointments and canceling them and then just not taking calls or text. Horrible Experience!

Woke up to a limb down on a vehicle due to storms. Quick call, and within 15 minutes was on site with a qoute. 20 minutes later limb was gone and no damage to the vehicle. Excellent work and reasonably priced.

I want to put a shout out to Spider Mike and crew for doing a most excellent job in cleaning up our two big trees that were constantly breaking limbs! As explaining to him that I can now hang the kids disk swings, he offered to do so! The kids loved it!!

Got a quote from this company for a tree removal starting around $2300. After some delay they bumped it up to $4000 which we accepted without arguments. After more delays and not being able to get in contact with them, we went ahead with a different company that quoted us around $3300. The company we went through got it done in one day and were very pleasant to work with, so we decided to give them the $4000 that was quoted from Spidermike's.
If you, as a business, do not want to take a job, please be upfront about it.

The guys came out, cleaned out the trumpet vines and cut trees, even put stuff on the poison ivy. It did not come back. Very polite! We are very impressed and will call them again if needed!!

I want to say that me and my neighborhood had the MOST unsatisfactory experience with this company. The men were insufferable, they moved at a snail's pace, I'd personally replace their boss with a snail and things would get done quicker. The worst thing of all is the receptionist on the phone was absolutely unprofessional and she lacked any human decency, I'd fire her in a heartbeat. I'd be better using another tree service in this state.

Absolutely the most professional guy I have ever met, very honest with his estimate, I had called 6 tree trimming company’s he was the only one who called me back. he did a fantastic job trimming the 2 giant trees, cleaned up everything and left wood for us to use for smoking meats. Would recommend spider Mike tree trimming to everyone.
