Victor was quick to respond and complete the work of removing 3 trees and trimming another. His crew was professional, fast and efficient. There was a dispute over an area of cracked concrete where his boom truck had parked. Victor went the extra mile and had it repaired even though I didn't ask him too. That's amazing service! Victor and the crew showed up at 9:00 this morning and went to work. First they trimmed the big Oak in the front yard. It looks great and then they moved to the back yard to all the trees which were hanging over the power line and seventy yard of trees hanging from the neighbors yard. While one man was on the lift cutting the other man was picking up. They finally raked the whole yard clearing and carrying it away. I recommend Integrity and will use it again.

Victor was very responsive to my needs. I had a tree that needed to be removed and the stump ground, additionally I need some broken limbs on another tree removed. I called him and explained that I would be going out of town the following day. He came within about 2 hours and gave me an estimate which was very fair. That evening he returned and completed the work. He was very professional and accommodated me beyond my expectations. The yard was picked up of all the decried. I highly recommend Victor, excellent in what he does, very responsive, great business man, and a very nice man. Entire process was so refreshing since I have lots of experience where contractors make promises they do not keep or just do not show up.

Had a tree go down over the past weekend and it was blocking our driveway. Owner of Integrity tree service was quick to respond and survey the damage, and in two days the fallen tree and the remaining stump were cleared... all is well. This is the third time we have used Victor Castro's Integrity Tree Service. They removed two ash trees and greatly trimmed up two mulberry and two redbud trees for a very reasonable price. The quality work was done professionally and in the time promised. Because the wetness of the yard did not allow for heavy equipment all the work was done by hand and the trimmings carried to the pavement. Cleanup was excellent. This changed the look of our property for the better. Integrity Tree Service is now our go to tree service.

I contacted Integrity Tree Service in Leavenworth, KS to get an estimate for tree removal as well as extensive tree trimming. The estimate was reasonable and Victor the owner/operator was very responsive and professional.
Victor and his crew were here today, as scheduled and just finished my tree trimming and tree removal. I am a very picky person and they not only did what was originally requested but did some additional work to ensure everything was perfect and exceeded my expectation.
I was amazed at the care taken with clean up after they were finished. They hauled everything off, then raked leaves etc onto a tarp and then used a rake and leaf blower for the final clean up.
Victor is a trained and certified Arborist. He was informative and answered all of our questions, ensuring the health of our remaining trees.

I hired Integrity Tree Service to cut down four trees in my backyard that posed significant risk of damage to my home and my neighbor’s home. The tallest tree was almost 40ft tall and was inches from my fence line, and only about 20ft from my home, it’s upper branches were so large they hung over my neighbor’s fence line and yard that was 20ft away. Victor took the time to answer all my questions patiently and was quite respectful.
Victor and his crew arrived on time this morning and had all four trees cut down a few hours later. They were courteous, professional, and highly skilled at safely removing the trees without causing damage to anything nearby.
The cost was quite reasonable compared to a different quote from a competitor. Before they left, they completely cleaned up the work area. Victor and Integrity Tree Service will always be my first call for future tree trimming and removal. Victor is a HELLA guy, himself & Elisha with (sometime) assistance from Austin got our MASSIVE 143 y.o. black oak down and all cleaned up in less that 2 days!! Good bunch of lads, highly recommend, will use again fer sure!!
