I am simply amazed at the job he did. My carpets looked horrible and I feel like my carpets just got laid brand new. Highly recommend. He is a great guy.

Taylor is amazing! She not only has the whole house sparkling clean, she also notices things that need cleaning before I do. She works quietly and efficiently and always leaves the house both neater and cleaner. She has taught me some organizing tricks too. I always look forward to her help.

We just had Taylor N clean our home and we are so happy! She was a joy to have around and was great with our kid and did an amazing job cleaning! It wasn't her job to be kind to our daughter and teach her how to make her bed, but she did it and we are grateful for that extra kindness.

I had put off doing a deep clean of my house and my procrastination had caused the house to get out of hand. When I hired the cleaners, I was worried they'd take on look at my place and tell me it was too messy and there was nothing they could do. The 4 ladies were an absolute blast. I mentioned there were some rooms that they didn't have to do and others to do "their best". The exceeded my own expectations and am so happy with how my house now looks. I cannot wait to continue working with them in the future.

Our family when our Granddaughter was born 3 weeks early! Taylor and Sadie had the house sparkling for Mom and Baby to come home! We are happy to have made new friends with this Team and. Can’t wait to have them back in a few weeks!

Zero stars. Refunded me $50 bc the girls left early as they were not able to clean the inside of the oven or inside of fridge which was what I was needing but was not part of the “special” that I had booked.
Then 2 weeks after move out, our landlord lets us know that she would be charging us $200 for extra cleaning that she had to do in the master bathroom and kitchen, which were the 2 areas that we had hired Queens of Clean for. I called numerous times, emailed them photos from the landlord. They continued to blow me off and then told me they would not be doing anything to resolve this issue.

Husband and I very pleased. I had to leave before they were finished or I would have pointed out the very small things that could be improved. Over all our old house was sparkling. Eager to schedule next appointments.

Editing to update: Kelly B, Megan M, and Hayley G cleaned today and my house is spotless! Kelly goes above and beyond every time she comes. I am so happy with Queens of Clean!

Dontay and Jazmyn did a fabulous job cleaning my home. Dontay follows my directions to the letter and the attention to detail is second to none. I’m always so pleased with the results and I can’t recommend Queens of Clean enough!

We recently bought a house in Lansing and queens of clean was the company hired by the seller to do a move in clean. We have moved 8 times and this was hands down the worst job of cleaning I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure what the seller paid for the move in clean but it seems like the only thing that was actually done was a good carpet vacuum. There was dust all over the doors. The floors were still covered with a thin layer of dust. The blinds had dust on them. The bathrooms were maybe wiped with a cloth. But the mirrors were still smudged with finger prints. In the master closet there was dust on the racks and something sticky on a few shelves and parts of the wall that was only 3-5’ up. It wasn’t something you could easily miss. The tile downstairs felt gritty and the downstairs bathroom still had dirt marks in the shower. The kitchen had debris and just gross stuff in the drawers. And the oven still has stains on the inside glass. I would not recommend them. I will be having to deep clean every room after our stuff is in the house because we thought we were getting a clean house.

The house was vacant for 8 months. But a real professional crew should have been able to attack this cleaning job without any problems.

Edit 9/1 So I’ve called and left multiple voicemails, but yet the Shotty cleaning service they provided to the seller when we moved in is still absolutely awful. I would not recommend them to anybody even looking for a routine clean lack of communication along with avoidance is pretty revealing of how they do business.

I thought Megan did an excellent job of cleaning today. I really appreciate her positive attitude and her energetic approach to cleaning our house. Although we only get our house cleaned once a month, I'm going to se if she can be our regular cleaner.

First time ever using a cleaning service. We wanted 3 bathrooms deep cleaned. They did an excellent job!! Will definitely use them again in the future!

I recently scheduled a move-in cleaning with Queens of Clean and was initially very impressed with the professionalism during the scheduling process. Shannon was clear, courteous, and provided a detailed explanation of the services they offer. That initial interaction set high expectations.

Unfortunately, the experience took a sharp turn. Communication was a major issue throughout the process. The cleaning was scheduled for noon, and when no one arrived by 12:20 PM, I called for an update. I was informed of an hour grace period and was told the team was running behind and would arrive around 1:00pm, which was understandable. However, by 2:30 I still had not received a call, update, or notification of arrival.

When I reached out again at 2:38, I was surprised to learn that the cleaners had already been to my home, completed the job, and left—all in under 1.5 hours. This was especially concerning because I had explicitly communicated during scheduling that I would be at the home to let them in. I was later told they accessed my locked home via a key box without my permission, without notifying me they had arrived, entered, or completed the service. They stated the key box was unlocked (Which was news to me, I wasn’t even aware of a key box)

Given that this was a move-in clean and my home had already undergone a semi cleaning prior to my arrival, I wanted to be present to ensure the service focused on detailed retouching and sanitization.

I immediately drove over to my home (3min drive from my temporary home) Upon entering my house, I was immediately skeptical. There was no scent of cleaning products, and all the sink and tub drains were completely dry, indicating that no water had been used. When I raised this concern, I was told that “they don’t use water,” but was also told by the head cleaning tech who later returned “well it must’ve dried, it has been 3hrs” which was far from the truth. I arrived to my home a little after 2:40pm. Which would’ve been a few minutes following their departure. I removed the entire drain stopper so the head cleaning tech could visually see what I was referring to then I turned on the water so she could see the difference.

This left me questioning what, if anything, had actually been cleaned. I paid nearly $200 for a service I could not verify and did not witness. We all can recognize a freshly cleaned home upon entering and unfortunately that was not the case for my home. I believe in paying professionals for quality work, regardless of how clean the home already appeared. I expected a thorough sanitization and retouching, as agreed upon with their standard cleaning checklist.

Unfortunately, the lack of transparency, disregard for my request to be present, and absence of tangible evidence of work performed felt like a breach of trust. I did express my frustration to Shannon, who offered a partial deduction. However, the explanation offered felt more like a list of justifications than true accountability.

In the end, I was left paying nearly $200 for a service that lasted less than 1.5 hours in a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, 2-levels with no indication that the cleaning I paid for was actually completed.

I write this not out of malice, but in the hope that Queens of Clean recognizes the importance of integrity and accountability, especially when serving members of the military and their families. Also to improves its communication protocols, honors client requests, and ensures customers feel confident about the services they receive—especially when they are not present to oversee them. Sadly, this experience was a disappointment, and I do not feel the value I paid for was delivered.

Just had QOC at our house yesterday. Boy, did they ever do a great job! The house looks and smells terrific. Kitchen, bathroom, everything looks almost good as new! Thank you to QOC for their hard and excellent work! Highly recommended!

Queens of Clean did our home yesterday and did a great job. The appliances look like they are new, the counter tops are very clean and the way they make beds look like a 5 start hotel. The bathrooms look new and all the fixtures are spotless. The two ladies they sent were very friendly and professional.

Jaden, Cat, and Darian cleaned my home today for the first time. They were professional, kind, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They did a wonderful job, and didn't miss a spot! I'm hiring them to do regular cleanings from now on.
