Queens of Clean LLC has provided a seamless experience after just moving to Fort Leavenworth. Joe quickly got us setup for a monthly cleaning. Then, Megan and Kelly did a great job cleaning our house, even cleaning the mud off our concrete basement floor!

Had a very pleasant first experience with this company. From the initial phone call, Shanna made sure I was comfortable and understood what I was getting for my money. Then today when Taylor H came in to clean, she was very personable and reassured me of the process and made sure I was completely satisfied before she ever left. If every cleaning lives up to today’s experience then I am going to be very happy with my cleaning company choice! Thank you Taylor and Shanna!

We paid a lot of money for a deep clean and when we came home the house was no where near clean. The girls that “cleaned” complained about the job the whole time. The floors weren’t mopped, the ceiling fans were still covered in dust, the kitchen wasn’t wiped down, and many other issues. For $500 I expected higher quality cleaning. When the manger came out to quote us, he checked the dust on the top of the doorway trim, but then they are still covered in dust. When we called to talk to someone about it, the manager came out to finish the job and the ceiling fans were still covered in dust when he left. He did mop the floors but there is still so much from their list that wasn’t completed.

Basically we paid $500 for a stove clean, fridge clean (not freezer), and wiped down base boards which is not worth it at all. The manager even agreed the job was not done to standard.

We’ve been using Queens of Clean for biweekly cleanings for a year now and have had them deep clean as well. They have always been great to work with and do an amazing job cleaning! Today Darien and Jaden went the extra mile for us, they notice we have a newborn and left us a sweet note and cleaned up some little extra things for us. While everyone has always done a great job, we were so appreciative of their kindness today!

This was our first time using this service. We will definitely use again. Very thorough, professional, and respectful of our home. They did everything they said that they would do on the checklist. And left the home clean and The counters and surfaces I love the added touch of the toilet paper and paper towels made me feel like I was in a hotel. Thank you very much. We will be rebooking.

This was a gift from my sister-in-law, I've never used a service like this before, but Taylor and Jordan did a fabulous job, they went above and beyond. I will now be a permanent customer. I would highly recommend.

Update, All of this happened AFTER CHARGING AN EXTRA $150 Just to begin in the morning. The cheapest option No Way!!

After receiving a call early in the morning from the office, we agreed to charge me an extra amount due to the “move out bad condition” of the home. (I do not live near my residence due to being in the military).
My cleaning technician or technician's were
Meranda M. And Bonnie A.
The very next day I had a person doing a video walkthrough to find a lot of areas not completed:
*Kitchen empty drawers were not cleaned.
*one side wall by the kitchen cabinet has a visible spill (like juice or something).
*Cabinets were not cleaned or wiped down.
*walls in the stairs were not cleaned (is a deep cleaning).
*dining area, walls had not been scrubbed.
Overall, everything they completed was good, but at minimum, an Honest report before charging me for an incomplete job.
Again, after paying Extra.

I did reached out to get an agreement, but no answer.

Stay Away from calling this company.

We used Queens of Clean a while ago and did not have a great experience. We wanted to book a one-time deep clean to test out the service before signing up for a regular clean. Despite emphasizing many times that we did not want to sign up for a scheduled regular cleaning yet, they still put us on the schedule that way. As a result, the person who came did a light, regular clean (because that's what was on the books) instead of the deep clean we asked for. We could've called to have them redo it but at that point I was already super frustrated by the disorganization for a VERY high price service that we just switched to a cheaper, more thorough cleaner in town.

Zero Stars. The Queens of Clean LLC, in Leavenworth KS is not a business in good standing with the State. This Company used to clean for a family member of mine. We stopped using this company after medications and other items were coming up missing every time they came to clean. This cleaning company has a forfeited status on their business with the Secretary of State. This business isn't protected, so you could sue the owner directly for any liabilities. Very unprofessional to keep operating a business with no legal protection, its misrepresenting a business by advertising an LLC in forfeited status, while continuing to lie to the people in the community that the business is in good standing. You can fact check for yourself on the Secretary of State website. There's a reason this business needs to be reinstated. This company won't be getting anymore business from my family members, that's for sure! We will also be reaching out to the State as well.

I have ~10 years of utilizing cleaning services for my various houses and apartments from PCSing move out/in scrubs to regular weekly cleanings. This company is a must call if you're in Leavenworth, KS. Taylor was our tech today and she treated it as if it was her own home. Came in with a phenomenal attitude, hit every knook and cranny, and left this house looking and smelling amazing. Glad we found them!
