We love our home! Everyone at Rodrock has been very nice to work with. Thank you to Paul & Krystal for keeping everything on track to meet our completion date. Paul Gregg is/was our project manager. He is amazing, he is very attentive to everything going on while the home is being built, receptive to questions and gives prompt answers and addressed any concerns we had. When you are building and get Paul as your project manager you are in good hands.

Thanks again to the entire Rodrock team, it has been a very positive experience to date.

Mixed experience in all. I like Rodrock, but there are areas that need improvement. There are so many interactions that your mileage will vary.

BOTTOM LINE: great neighbors, some great employees, flashy sales pitch, some problems will be glossed over and at times, you will be pressured to sign off. Parts of warranty was less than pleasant. Document EVERYTHING and make sure things are done correctly. Because, fixing construction issues during warranty can make your first year of ownership a little sour.

    Pros:
The people that buy Rodrock homes are great. Awesome neighbors.
    Architect was good.
    Designer was insightful.
Some problems were quickly fixed. Others, not so much.

    Cons:
If they don't want to do something, you'll get a stinging sticker price.
Add-on pricing is not always transparent. A door can be standard pricing and a little upgrade can be shocking.
You are rushed to make your selection in 3 meeting days.
Flooring - same as everyone else's complaints. Cheap wood and it shows. Cracks, knots, wavy and pealing. They will attempt to fix them and blame the humidity. Some will look okay, others will just look like patch work.
Uneven flooring - Pantry and bathroom are humped over. It was blamed on a stiff joist. This was in the construction phase, but dismissed throughout. Later, there were several patches. And in the end, no apology or real attempt to fix the underlying problem.
Drainage - mud pit. Eventually fixed. But it took a year and three owners to complain.
Messy - Our garage was stained with spilled lacquer without any apology or fix. We were told to live with it.

I recently met with Brian from this New Construction company for coffee and would highly recommend them! I was truly impressed by their professionalism, integrity, and overall approach. If I could describe their brand in three words, it would be Faith, Family, and Service. 💕🙏💕

Brandy was great to work with and delivered ahead of schedule. We were greatful to get into our home a bit early without compromising the quality of the finish product!

Great builder and easy to work with! Rodrock representatives went above and beyond when addressing minor items identified during inspection and final walk through.

My experience working with Rodrock Homes was outstanding! They are very responsive and want their customers to be happy. All the staff I worked with were polite and efficient. My superintendent for the home I built was Jake Hoskins. I cannot say enough good things about him. I have built 5 homes and he is the best superintendent I have ever worked with. Great communicator and follow through. When I would text or call him I would hear back typically within 10-15 minutes. He is professional and yet very approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.

Five years after our home was completed, we noticed a roofing issue that led to condensation in our vaulted ceiling and early mold development. When we reached out, Kristi Maurer in the Warranty department came over right away, identified the problem, and explained the remedy in detail. She screened the entire area and brought in their team, including their legendary drywall expert with more than 30 years of experience.
The team redid the whole ceiling, with new insulation and both Christie and Kyle personally made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Builders like Rodrock Homes are a rarity nowadays, their warranty department alone raises them to an A+.
Rodrock Homes have integrity and truly stand by their work. In today’s market, many builders cheap out by cutting corners and avoid responsibility when it comes to warranty issues, but our experience with Rodrock Homes was totally different.

The Rodrock & Associates team (Including Brandy, Bob, and Megan) were incredible during the process of building our home. We received weekly communication, professional advice, required due dates, and 5-Star service for the full year while we built our dream home! We are so thankful for this team and for the work that went in to ensuring we got what we needed and more importantly, wanted. Thank you!!

The process of purchasing a home, selecting the lighting and plumbing fixtures, flooring, and countertops was a breeze thanks to the Rodrock realtor and design teams. They were all very supportive and accommodating to my personal needs. They really care about your experience and I highly recommend purchasing a Rodrock home. From the quality touches they add to the home to your personal choices, you can really create a home that is custom to your specific taste. Thank you!

What an amazing experience building our forever home with Rodrock - from our initial touch base, to the design, through the build, and even some of the follow up in the year after our build - ALL of it was easy to navigate and encouraging! Our PM Kristi made the experience even better - she represented herself well and Rodrock well. Her knowledge, passion, communication, and follow up was hands down the best part of our experience. If you are contemplating building a home and worried about horror story’s about other builders - Use Rodrock - they are the best!!

First time home buyers here. New construction can be scary with everything on the internet these days but our experience has been great! The RodRock team onsite, project manager, warranty team, design team were all wonderful to work with. Not everything was perfect but the team always worked to properly rectify!

We had an amazing experience building our new home with Rodrock. They employ excellent vendors that are very professional and take pride in their work. The way the work and tasks are scheduled to get the house built on time make the building process that could be stressful an enjoyable experience. The realtors and project managers that help you along the way are very responsive and amazing as well. Selecting the lighting, plumbing, flooring, etc was great as well and we are thrilled how our home turned out. They are on top of it and the warranty program seems to be very solid as well. We are enjoying our home and are grateful to Rodrock!

We enjoyed our build process with Rodrock Homes. From consultation to completion, we had the best support. Our agents, Andrea and Angela helped us with lot choices, contracting, closing companies and answered questions along the way.
Our general contractors, Al and Graham ended up becoming like family. We worked closely with both gentlemen over the course of the time it took to build. Even after closing, they were quick to answer their phones.
Building a new home and moving is not a small feat, but having the support of Rodrock behind us during this time has helped us transition into this new chapter with ease. Highly recommend building with Rodrock.

Megan, Bob and Bruce sold our house quick, and the purchasing process went very smoothly, allowing our family to move in to Sundance Ridge before the holidays! I would highly recommend Megan Greer as she is an expert in our housing market, responsive to our needs, proactive and persistent working with agents to collect valuable feedback. She stays on top of all things! The Rodrock team made our transaction a breeze. Our Project Manager, Brandy lead the transition and was on top of every final detail before moving in!

I was initially very excited to purchase our Rodrock home. The layout and overall appearance of the home were appealing, and the community along with location feels like a great long-term investment.

Unfortunately, that enthusiasm quickly faded once the keys were turned over. After move-in, any sense of warranty support or follow-through seemed to disappear. Legitimate issues were dismissed or outright denied without proper evaluation, leaving the impression that the warranty exists more on paper than in practice.

For example, the bathroom vent produces a constant, loud noise—similar to a golf ball bouncing—which has significantly disrupted my sleep. When this was reported, I was told it “is what it is” and could not be fixed because it is considered normal. Having lived in multiple homes, this is not something I’ve experienced before.

Additionally, the cabinetry is of noticeably poor quality. Within just a few months of moving in, cabinets began cracking and warping, yet neither the cabinet company nor Rodrock has taken accountability.

We also pay a lump-sum HOA fee of $1,500 annually, but receive very little value in return. The clubhouse that was advertised looks nothing like the promotional photos, and the suggested future school locations for the neighborhood now appear unrealistic.

While the home initially showed promise, the lack of accountability, warranty support, and follow-through has been disappointing.

    Thank you Rodrock Homes!

Bruce did a fantastic job through contract and closing of our new home. His help and expertise was very much appreciated. Jake was our project manager and did a wonderful job as well. His attention to detail and helpfulness with any issues that may have come up is top notch.

The people at Rodrock corporate to include front desk personnel, design center people, director of sales and operations and the owners were very helpful along the way as well.

Any new house is going to have some hiccups, but when something came up the Rodrock team handled them quickly and without hassle.

I would recommend Rodrock Homes to family and friends.

    Thanks,
