Everyone that I interacted with at this company was great. Ricky from sales was super informative and Alex and Jesus were also awesome to work with. They were fast, thorough, and kind. Would def recommend.

I was a bit skeptical when I first saw all the high reviews for A+, but every person I've worked with has been wonderful and the work itself is to notch.

The insulation crew did a fantastic job.
It's 1.5 years after they did foam insulation job in my basement. In my 100 year old home, I experienced my pipes freezing in sub-zero temps and they came out and determined that it was likely occurring in the space between my floors. Chris came out today and really went above and beyond with insulating the problem areas, inside and out, even hitting an extra problem area, then did a careful job cleaning up after.
A+ really knows their stuff, they are professional and committed to solving the problem, not just doing the minimum job to get paid.

I recently added a pellet stove to my garage, which doubles as my woodshop. Wanting to prevent condensation within my attic, I contacted A+ Insulation to complete the job for me, as well as correcting some of the home builder shortcomings.

Upon calling for an estimate, I honestly believed I would be told that the job was too small. However, when Grant, arrived to conduct the estimate, he was very thorough in listening to what I was after; fully inspected the work area; and additionally he offered some suggestions to better help my situation. Grant surprise me with a more than fair estimate. Also, since it was a smaller job, he was able to work me into their schedule easier.

Jesus and his crew arrived right on time. As the crew began setting up, Jesus explained all that was to be done.
At the end, he addressed any and all questions that I had. As the work progressed, Jesus kept checking with me to ensure if I was satisfied with the work completed up to that point. Once completed, Jesus walked the job with me again , verifying that I was happy with their work, and inquired that all of my expected had been completely satisfied. Prior to the crew leaving, I was unable to tell work had been done, as all materials and debris were removed. In fact, the area was left cleaner than what they started with.

I will, without a doubt, contract A+ insulation for all my future needs, and I will highly recommend them without hesitation.

I can’t recommend A+ Insulation enough! They blew in insulation and air-sealed my attic this week, and I’m already noticing a significant improvement in the comfort of my home. My house is 20 years old, and the old insulation had become compacted and shuffled around over time. Jesus and Doug were the energy efficiency experts who completed the work, and they were absolutely phenomenal.

They worked quickly and efficiently while taking great care to respect my home and property. Jesus and crew did a fantastic job. Efficient and tidy, Jesus provided photos of before and after. When we questioned one thing he acknowledged that it needed addressing and took care of it promptly. The issue wasn’t his fault, it seems instructions were a bit vague. Regardless, all turned out well. We are eager to see our HVAC running a bit less. A+ Insulation was recommended to us by Jake at Builders First Source. Great recommendation.

Very nice and professional. We had 2 other companies come out for quotes to insulate our attic and A+ were the only ones that actually walked up in the attic, took pictures, and explained what our current situation was. They scheduled us fast, showed up on time and were so professional. We highly recommend A+ insulation.

Great experience working with A+ insulation. The sales manager gave a reasonably priced quote to add fiberglass insulation to our attic and they were able to complete the job a week later.
The crew went above and beyond by adding extensive air sealing around many light fixtures & vents and ensuring proper air flow throughout.

Garrett was very responsive for the initial visit in providing us with an estimate for our property and was very informative with what would be the best solution for us. The follow up by the A+ team with scheduling was very prompt and the 2 man crew that performed the work at our house did a fantastic job. We have used A+ Insulation twice now. Once to get our Garage insulated and today to have insulation replaced due to a leak from the January snow. The are very reasonable and responsive. Both times they have done a fantastic job installing. Today Jesus, Christian and Walter did the work. They called ahead of time to let me know that they were on their way. They arrived on time and did the the job quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend A+ Insulation.

We used a+ insulation after we noticed a 10-15 degree difference between the upstairs and downstairs in our house. Our before pictures on my thermal camera showed a lot of hot spots throughout our house. Ricky was the person who gave us our initial quote. He was extremely professional, very respectful of our home, and thoroughly explained the process of what would happen.

The crew that arrived on the insulation day did an excellent job air sealing and insulating our home, they put plastic and moving blankets in places the hose made contact with protecting our home. They were in and out very quickly and they did such an excellent job cleaning up you couldn't even tell they were there (aside from the house being way more comfortable). They were also very nice and invited me in the attic during the insulation stages to see the progress. The documentation that was provided afterwards was also very thorough.

We noticed a massive difference immediately. The temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs is basically non-existent now, and the after pictures on the thermal camera showed the hot spots are basically gone. I also really appreciate that Ricky followed up afterwards to see how we were doing. Ricky and the crew that did our install are all a treasure and very detail oriented

We are very pleased with our new insulation in the attic and our new cover for the attic fan. From our initial appointment with Garrett, who was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all, through the insulation process itself, this company has been very responsive and easy to work with. The rates are reasonable, and the work is high-quality. They leave everything clean, too. I highly recommend!

Solicited bids from only 2-Insulation Contractors to insulate my secondary garage attic space, having already researched the top-10 Insulating Companies in the Greater KCMO Area. Both bids were fair and reasonable for the job at hand. But, personally felt A+ Insulation quote better fit/met the specifics of the project’s scope of work. Ricky came to the house to give us the estimate and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. And did a good job letting me know what all my options were and outlining the advantages of each. Ultimately, decided on blown insulation and was booked within a week. Today, Edwin and Doug came out and completed the job. Received a courtesy call ahead of time, 30+ -minutes before the scheduled appointment to let me know they were on their way. They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do before they started; and were friendly, polite, professional, and fast, finishing the job in 90-minutes; Leaving the job site cleaner than they found it. From beginning to end, everything went smoothly. Bottom line, from start to finish, I had a great experience with A+ Insulation! To the point that I am now looking at getting them to upgrade the insulation in the attic of the rest of the house.

Just had them complete filling all my rim joists in the basement with foam and then painting them black to match the ceiling. They put down plastic everywhere and worked non stop until completion. I was very impressed with the cleanup. I thought the price was very reasonable. I would use them again for any future insulation needs.

Overall a good experience. Team lead Jesus reviewed the project and did a great job; they built a box around an attic fan so it did not get covered with insulation. They were on time and cleaned up thoroughly at the end. Ricky (who did the estimate) explained things clearly so I didn’t get any surprises. I recommend them for your project

Completed the installation of blow in fiberglass in our attic. The crew that came out was very professional and did a great job. The process was hassle free and we received all of the stated documentation upon completion. Will recommend to friends and family in the future.

Had A+ Insulation bring our old house’s attic up to code. Ricky and his team were terrific. The shop, the salesmen, and the crew all communicated well, were efficient and scheduled me in a prompt timely manner.

These guys were GREAT! They did a great job. Its nice to see people take pride in their job. It makes a huge difference to me, the customer. I didn't have to do any clean up after they left. HUGE plus.
